As I outlined in an email to the company (which was not acknowledged or replied to), I had travelled 40kms to be told that my"click and collect" items were not in stock. I had received a confirmation email to say that they were ready for collection.

Great turn around, good communication, sorted stock issue in the background. Everything delivered within week. Robert was great to deal with.

Excellent service as always, order was dealt with promptly, all the counter staff as very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Firstly These logs were not kiln dry ! Secondly my husband has had to cut most of them because they were so big ! Thirdly some had so many knots in them he couldn’t even cut them ! Only we were all down with flu we would have complained . It was like we got the ones at the end of the pile .but will be talking to yourselves before we order the next batch . Very dissatisfied !
