Harriet, you were spot on in suggesting the colour of the framework as it complements our house perfectly. The soft clay colour for the blinds is good too. I would also like to express my gratitude to your installation team. They were all very courteous and helpful. I think they have done a first class job, the way that the pergola adjoins the house is extremely pleasing and the infill fillet ( which I had pre conceived concerns about!) is excellent too. It looks amazing. They were all very clean and tidy and couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent customer service from Broadview. I am a support worker for a disabled gentleman who had a problem with his blinds. Despite not being Broadview's customer, they went above and beyond to provide him with advice and support. They even called him back a week later with an update when they had more information. Compared to the retailer he had originally purchased from - who didn't even consider helping or repairing and just wanted to sell him a whole new system - Broadview's service was of the type many of us complain we don't see enough of anymore. Following Broadview's free advice, my client's blinds are now working correctly. If he, or any of his friends & neighbours in his supported living residence want new blinds, then Broadview will now be our first call.

I recently order two pergolas from Broadview Shading Solutions forming a complicated ‘L’ shape over a sunken seating area and an 8,000 gallon Koi pond. We had been looking for a while for a stand alone pergola to go alongside an existing structure but costs were either too high or could not provide what we were looking for, after a few discussions with Broadview and a subsequent visit to our home they were able to offer something that was what we were looking for and within our budget. From measurement taken to bespoke manufacture was only 3 months so very happy with that also very happy with the build team that put it up shortly after We are now ready for a good summer come rain or shine. We are thrilled with our Louvre installation by Broadview Blinds. It has made such a difference to our outdoor living space and transformed the look of the house. This is the second time we have entrusted Broadview Blinds for a superb installation and have recommended them to many others.

We had our plantation shutters fitted recently which include two wide openings both with pairs of doors. We have been very satisfied with Broadview from Josh’s initial visit to assess our options with quotations and then Clive and Trevor who fitted them very efficiently. Broadview are very competitive too. Time will tell over the operation and quality but so far we are very happy and trust that any adjustments if required will be easily made.

Having enjoyed our pergola that includes screens, heaters and lights in the roof for over 30 months now we have just taken it to the next level. We have just had sliding glass fitted to the whole pergola and we are delighted with the result. We now have the benefit of both the glass and the screens for shade when needed. Our outdoor furniture is now in place and we can relax and enjoy the pergola throughout the seasons.

Broadview have excellent products and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We settled on the right product for us and everything we asked for was provided. We paid up front with a view to getting our installation before Christmas, and absolutely true to their word, the pergola was delivered and installed exactly when they said it would be. Huge relief! We are more than pleased. The quality of the product is second do none and the guys who fitted it were quick, efficient, really helpful and thorough polite and nice.

I was keen to make better use of an area out the back of my house and sought to rip out an old conservatory, make good the floor, put in a hot tub and build an appropriate enclosure.
