Have recently had the Brustor Pergola with louvred double roof and two side screens installed. Cannot begin to describe how pleased we are with it. The installation team did a fantastic job from the moment they arrived to their spotless clearing up and remote control tutorial when they left. From initial enquiry, to quote, sales and installation the customer care and communications were excellent. Would highly recommend Broadview.

We telephoned Jane on the 22 February with regard to help with covering our outside garden and patio areas at our work place. We were told to contact Melissa which we did and emailed on the 24th and again on the 26th to check that she had received the pictures and the dimensions of the areas. We emailed Jane back again on the 2 March to explain that we had not heard from anybody! They may be busy, but a courtesy note back to say they are not interested would have been nice...today’s nobody had reached out to us.

All courtesy of Covid-19! Outdoor entertainment became vital last year so opted for a B200XL pergola from Broadview. First class attention from Harriet and visits to happy customers confirmed our decision. Everything went to plan with installation taking place in mid-January. Well done to the installation team as weather conditions were somewhat less than desirable. Only issue was the flashing but the team were back 5 days later and did a thorough job of fixing the issue,

From Harriet’s visit to survey right through fitting it was a great experience ! We are delighted with the finished garden room and would highly recommend Broadview !!

The delivery guy you sent was excellent, helping me unload the doors and moving them to a safe place. Fitting was very straightforward. I fitted the frame which needed to be cut to width (as we thought it would have to be) and the height was exactly right. On fitting the actual doors, again very straightforward but defo a two man job. Adjustment was easy, I just followed the instructions and was all completed in one day. Thanks again for your help with this. I've already recommended you to a friend of mine, Dan, who is thinking of fitting the same.

We have recently moved into a new house and had shutters fitted throughout and Duette blinds fitted on bifold doors. We had Broadview shutters in our previous home and they are absolutely lovely! We would just like to say how pleased we are with the B600 Bioclimatic Pergola . It is truly an amazing piece of kit and we are very pleased with the quality of the frame and the weather beating functionality of the retractable tilting louvres and dropdown screens, to say nothing of the ambience created by the RGB LEDS that light up the roof at night. Lovely blinds fitted by Clive who was superb. The product is also great quality. Reason for 4 stars is sales and communication from one rep. However Mark (MD) dealt with the issues raised professionally and fairly. It was good of him to get in touch to bring closure this. None of this has any bearing on the product and fitting which was excellent.

We had a garden pergola Fitted on Monday by this company , I had ordered it over the phone with a lady called Harriet who was excellent and guided us through the whole process she was very knowledgable about the product and answered all our questions as we didn’t actually see the product we were a little bit apprehensive but she told us how good they are so we ordered it . When it was delivered it didn’t disappoint it looks amazing really lovely quality we are so pleased with it I’m sure we will have many years of use out of it . The fitting team were brilliant very clean tidy workers who worked quietly away till it was finished they were Really excellent . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company The only problem is I’m now trying to convince my husband that I would like to purchase a 2nd one in another nice spot in the garden.
