We bought a solar hot water system from G-Store. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The price was good, the quality was good, We are very happy with the services.

Good pre-sale service, good product knowledge and very helpful. However, installation (Ducted Heating) was arranged through a 3rd party, and when it broke down a month after being installed, G-Store didn't want to know anything about it. I was asked to go back to the manufacturer. Almost a year later and it's still not fixed.
