Delivery was prompt next day. Set up was easy. Firmness is perfect and there is no disturbance for partner . Love it . Our first ‘ bed in a box’ . Also like that it rates well on environmentally responsible production.

we decided to purchase sleeping duck mattress as my wife suffers from lower back problems.initally we felt the mattress was too soft & was considering requesting a firmer insert. now after about 5 weeks of use we are quite happy,we both have a comfortable sleep,my wifes back is better,it appears warmer than previous & we do not use an electric blanket any more.we do get a better sleep on this mattress.i would recommend this product to anyone. the delivery was as promised & the instructions for assembly was first class.

From the ease of buying it online, getting it delivered to sleeping on the mattress was a no brainier.

Sleeping Duck was referred to us by a friend, and so we bought the base and mattress and it is absolutely incredible. You truly feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. We had a firm latex mattress and bought the Sleeping Duck medium mattress, so it was a big change. So good we bought two more for the family. The medium mattress feels firmer on different bases, so if you want the true benefit of the mattress we would definitely recommend buying the Sleeping Duck base as well, which is easy to install. Their delivery and service is superior and delivers on their promise. Highly recommend if you want a truly cosy sleep.

We love our sleeping duck mattress. We chose medium and it's just the right amount of firmness for us. We had no problems getting a good nights sleep from the first day. We had needed a new mattress for a while and I kept putting it off. I'm just sorry we didn't get around to purchasing one sooner.

Your customer service I would rate as the benchmark that all businesses should aspire to. The mattress itself too is extremely comfortable and restful, albeit much deeper than what we have been used to. To have the perfect package it would great to see the production of the mattress come back to Australian made.

Purchased a King sleeping duck with medium firmness. Must say I appear to be having a more restful sleep than on our previous mattress. Comfortable, no sagging but it does tend to sleep fairly warm. Happy with the purchase.

Great Mattress (Heavy though!) but super comfortable and offers great support. Would recommend without hesitation. We opted for the Medium firmness thinking we would have to 'Tweak" the settings later on.. Nope.. All is well..

I love my Sleeping Duck. We got a half/half and my medium side is perfect and the pillow totally nails it. I honestly think I'm sleeping better than ever now. Hubby is still adjusting and feels a little warm on his side, but the firmness helps his back.

So luxurious, very happy. Husband hasn't had back problems from the start.

Very comfortable, I find I am sleeping well. Probably a little soft (medium) for me but getting used to it. Easy to set up but quite heavy to move.
