Great service and loving my new bed.

The most comfortable mattress I've ever had! That says a lot, I had a very expensive mattress for years and wasn't sure how this one would go. It's like floating on a cloud! The real test was we were living in temporary accommodation for 2 months as we lost our home. We weren't sure when we'd find a new place so we ordered the Sleeping Duck just in case. After a month of our box arriving, as per instructions from the lovely customer service team we rolled it onto the floor as we had no bed frame. We slept on the floor with just the mattress for 2 months and it was far more comfortable than the old mattress at my mum's house with a base! It took so much of our stress away and we slept so much better. We now have our own home again along with a bed frame. The first night we slept on the mattress with the frame as well was heavenly. My husband thought he might need a firm mattress when he ordered but the medium has been perfect for both of us who are side sleepers. No more back pain for him either! Our favourite thing is that we don't disturb each other when getting up in the night. How cool is it that the bed doesn't bounce around?! Love it!

Couldn't be happier with my mattress! Have medium support and found it a little soft in the beginning but have adjusted to it beautifully now and it is ever so comfortable. Pillows although quite a bit flatter than what I'm used to have proved to be very comfortable and have helped by neck and shoulder issues. Sheets were a little disappointing - find them quite thin and prone to movement and wouldn't necessarily choose to purchase them again if I had my time over (just prefer a thicker feeling sheet).

Best mattress we have ever had very supportive and comfortable .My wife used to have trouble going to sleep now with sleeping duck this is no longer an issue .I used to wake up with aches and pains not any more .The only issue we have now is not wanting to get out of bed in the morning it is so comfortable .

The delivery process was off to a shaky start with longer than expected delivery time. We paid the fee to deliver the mattress and the base to the bedroom, which was done quickly and efficiently but the they didn’t take away the packaging from the base, which was my understanding. However, after sleeping on the bed, all was just about forgiven. The mattress is fantastic. We got the split firmness, half medium and half firm and we both just love it

So far so good. Sleeping much better with Sleeping Duck. Comfort level is excellent and my back problems have been almost eliminated with good support given. Overall very happy and happy to recommend the product.

This is the best mattress I have ever owned. Not the most expensive definitely the most comfortable. Their try before you buy policy means- there’s no reason not to give it a go. You need to know- it comes compacted and is very heavy and you will need another person to assist you in lifting/ opening/ laying on the bed. Definitely worth it. Do not test the dog bed- it is so comfortable- you’ll want your partner to send you to the ‘dog house’.

I have a bad back and would wake through the night with aches and pains and in the mornings I had to roll out of my bed and I could not stand up straight due to Lower back pain and sore legs also my feet were very painful due to 2 herniated discs in my back however after my first nights sleep on My sleeping duck mattress I without thinking got out of bed and was able to stand up straight with only minor aches in my lower back which will never go away. I love our sleeping duck mattress as does my husband it is so comfortable and I get a great night sleep - best investment we ever made

Definitely worth the investment, believe the reviews and hype about this mattress! Week three after purchase is when I felt the difference in the reduction of my back pain. Great customer service and next day delivery.

My biggest regret is that I did not return the whole thing when I had the chance! I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life! Did not deliver the comfortable sleep promised! Small fortune wasted,could have had two decent beds for the cost!

No more migraines - my neck doesn't go out of alignment. Best sleep we've had in years. So good we bought one for a relative, who also loves hers

Sooo comfortable It’s great having a restful sleep, right from the first night. I’ll soon be replacing the spare bed mattress with a Sleeping Duck. Just love it

Really comfortable, just as described options are real and workable. Don't feel partner get out of bed really solid construction. Just wish the sheet set came with flat sheet and was touch more affordable. They are sooooo nice to sleep on.

It's the most comfy mattress I've ever slept on. Since acquiring this one a few weeks ago, we've been sleeping so much better. We would recommend a Sleeping Duck mattress to everyone.
