Mattress is lovely to sleep on but a bit heavy and bulky. This is not a problem except when changing the linen. Was very impressed with the service when I needed to exchange the hard mattress for the soft/medium.

Very happy with this product. Love the fact you can zip off the top cover. Would definitely recommend this mattress.

Service was incredible!! We made the decision to invest in a new mattress... we ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered on the Monday. Communication was incredible and we were kept up to date all the way through. There was even email communication checking in to see if we were still happy with the mattress. Mattress excellent but a little smaller than what we had.

We purchased sleeping duck as a replacement mattress to another branded mattress that we’d only had for about 2 years that had already begun to sag. After watching the comparison videos we were sold and quickly went about claiming our previous mattress under warranty and upgrading to sleeping duck. My husband believes his shoulder and back pain was improved after 1 sleep and completely gone after one week. The mattress is very deep so some of our fitted sheets don’t fit but it’s a small price to pay for great sleep!

We have just purchased a sleeping duck mattress We decided on a medium and we have a king bed. Oh my Goodness!!! We are sleeping so much better. It’s like that ahhhhh feeling when you hop into a beautiful hot bath at the end of the day. Wish I had done this sooner. We now are going to order one for my mum as she needs a new Mattress. Like sleeping in a luxury hotel every night! We were a little bit hesitant because we couldn't see the mattress in person, but it really exceeded our expectations and we are both extremely happy. Loved the packaging it arrived in too, made it so much easier to get the mattress upstairs. Plan to order another one for our holiday home too!

Easy to follow instructions of how to unpack the mattress and amazing experience unpacking the mattress made it fun to unpack. Mattress is so comfortable, most comfortable mattress I've ever purchased. Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have chronic back pain and I am a very large person so comfortable mattresses are normally impossible for me to find. But this is like sleeping on a pillow that is sitting on an incredibly solid base. This bed feel heavy and solid and yet so soft and comfy to lie on. My last mattress cost me over $10K and is not a patch on this bed. If you are reading reviews, you are obviously weighing up your options. Stop your search. Best Bed In The Universe.

Read the reviews online and decided to buy the mattress. I’ve been trying to improve my sleep lately after noticing I was constantly tired around 3PM and sinking coffees like crazy and I definitely feel like the mattress helps me get better sleep as it’s never too firm or too soft. Highly recommended with bamboo sheets.

Our sleeping duck mattress has exceeded our expectations - amazing!!!!!! Such a comfortable mattress. The customer support from Sleeping Duck has also been outstanding. From the video explaining how to unpack the mattress, from keeping up us up to date on delivery, from checking that we got our mattress on time and then following up a few weeks later to see if we were happy. Fabulous mattress haven’t slept so well in years. Should have bought on years ago. Could recommend highly enough.

My husband and I would wake every morning with sore backs, necks and I had headaches. The night after we received our duck I was in hospital and my husband came in and couldn’t stop telling how amazing his sleep was in the duck. My first night was also amazing. No sore backs, necks or headaches. I then had an hysterectomy and was very glad I am being nursed back to health on our duck. It is so supportive of all sections of your body. Side sleeping and on my back during recovery was super comfortable and supportive. This is well worth investing the money in purchasing a duck. You will never look back.
