A great bed that you don’t want to get out.

Since sleeping on our new bed I have not had any back aches and have been sleeping all night through. It has been an excellent choice for us as we have always had difficulties sleeping but this has changed all that. I am so happy we made the choice to buy a sleeping duck mattress it has improved our lives. Thanks sleeping duck.

Totally impressed with the ease of ordering & payment, with friendly customer service follow-ups that occur at every stage (including immediate on-line receipts and arrangements for delivery within 24 hours of ordering). Price is great, and adjustment options (for softness/firmness) plus warranty is impressive (we have told all our friends). Delivery was friendly, helpful and on time. Mattress was easily removed from packaging - amazing to see how it unrolls and inflates! We had the medium density mattress, after always using harder ones. Sciatic pain which I had developed over the preceding 6 months disappeared (I also used stretching exercises) and we have both had better to fabulous sleep since. The biggest difficulty: it doesn't (of course) have firm sides, and for some reason, our sheets and mattress protector don't seem to stay put on the bed - so we often wake with bunched up fabric beneath us. But, this is our only "complaint" about what has otherwise been an excellent investment. (Any ideas re how to fix this little problem would be much appreciated).

We purchased a King size mattress and base six months ago and couldn't be happier with this product. So much so that we recently ordered a second mattress for our Guest Room. I recently purchased 3 Queensize Firm Mattresses. The quality of the mattress is fantastic. I was a bit worried about buying firm as some brands are too firm. For me it was perfect. The service was fantastic from day one. Sleeping Duck made sure I was happy with my purchases. And still 1 month after my purchases, they are reaching out to me to make sure I am satisfied. That's what I call customer service. I have lower back problems where it was so hard to get up out of bed. Those problems are not thete anymore.

After suffering for around 6 years on a named brand mattress (twice as expensive) and having failing springs we decided to try a 'Mattress in a box". All I can say is WHY???? Why did I wait and procrastinate to have such bliss in a night time slumber. From the moment of order to the moment of writing this I can say we have not had an issue - order, payment, delivery and sleeping. Exceptional customer service from all areas. and hey - we can still swap out and replace bits :) For me who has borderline sleep apnoea its wonderful to have a restful and comfortable sleep, also when I toss and turn my better half is not woken..... I cannot fault anything and I will be a returning customer for when other mattresses are due to be replaced. Seriously try it and don't be surprised when your experience is like ours / mine.

My husband says that he hasn’t had a better nights sleep, I would prefer slightly softer but I am getting used to. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone purchasing a new mattress. From delivery to now they have been very informative.

This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I have had difficulty sleeping for a long time, but this mattress has changed my life. So comfortable and relaxing, can’t wait to get into my bed at night. Absolutely love and highly recommend this mattress.

Although I live out of town, I would've appreciated it if the courier could deliver to my home as a one-off. Definitely need a second pair of hands/strength. Mattress is taller than usual, so sheets barely fit. IT IS SO COMFORTABLE - I LOVE IT! Best purchase ever!

The mattress was delivered on time - the instructions for unpacking and inflating the mattress were clear and were easy to follow and the result was as expected. The mattress is great to sleep on and met all our expectations.

Ordering my mattress was really easy and all instructions regarding delivery and installing are on the website and easy to follow. Delivery was fast and efficient. I love climbing into bed each night knowing I will get a good night's sleep. Now I am wondering why I waited so long to replace my old mattress.

Waisted hours reading and researching, ordered & paid for mattress. Just before delivery cut off, got an sms with a link for courier service ** will not deliver if more than 4 stairs** & I have 10 to front door. called & was told single driver, bad luck if you lived in Sydney etc you could have requested premium service. Hire someone to carry down the additional stairs!! Advertise that you have limited delivery options!!!!! You waisted my time & now I have to wait another 48hrs for you to refund!!!

First week was an adjustment, due to mattress height, however my sleep pattern and level of rest has been an amazing change.

Much more comfortable than our previous mattress. We are loving it so far. My only criticism is that the “new mattress smell” is lingering even after a couple of months.

Like sleeping on a cloud. This is a superb mattress with the ideal mix of comfort and support. Very happy with my purchase.

It is like sleeping on a cloud, to be honest. I got the medium firmness, and don’t regret it. I don’t toss and turn as much in bed anymore, and the soreness in my neck and shoulders from my previous mattress has slowly dissipated. Would definitely recommend it!

This mattress is outta this world! It feels like I am suspended above the bed.
