Sleeping duck outstanding customer service ,Nicole was outstanding so pleased with purchase nothing was any hassle ,brilliant company brilliant product introduced a friend to ,who has purchased one as well 11 out of 10.

Needed to buy a new mattress as I was moving into my first home. Read lots of reviews and compared lots of different mattress brands but opted for the Duck because I was impressed at the price for a hybrid mattress where you could change the firmness it it wasn’t comfortable. Needless to say I love it...the mattress is so thick, supportive and breathable. I thought I used to sleep wel on my old pocket sprung mattress but this is a level up. Am already planning to buy another one for the second bedroom. Would highly recommend

After the initial arrival of the bed there was a distinctive smell, this goes after around a month. I love my mattress, it’s so comfy, I enjoy going to bed and would absolutely recommend this to a friend. Points to note - The smell, but it does go after a while and now there is no smell at all now It is super heavy but I managed to get it in action by myself It’s also very fat in depth so factoring new bed sheets in might be helpful

I can't comment on the quality of the products because the mattress never arrived. The courier service they use (DXDelivery) is very poor. Firstly they said it would be delivered on Saturday. On Friday morning I get a call from the courier asking if I am home. Obviously not. I re-arranged the delivery for the following Tuesday. The mattress never arrived. The following day it had been returned to the warehouse in Bury. After contacting customer service I arranged the delivery for the next Friday morning (I actually received an email saying this). Friday comes around - no sign of the mattress. I asked customer service for the tracking details and was told I already had them. I didn't. Customer service then claimed that they were planning to ship it for Saturday. At this point I cancelled the order. Complete waste of time.

Fantastic service from order through to deliver and it is an excellent mattress.

We are very pleased with this Mattress. Our original choice was for Medium but after a month I decided I wanted a firmer one for my side. Within a week we received a replacement half & half mattress without quibble. We are both sleeping really well with myself on the firmer & my wife on the Medium side. It is great that this mattress allows you to choose the correct one for you after trialling it. I’ve given 4 Stars instead of 5 because the original delivery could of been speedier

Myself and my wife both like this mattress ,we bought the medium firmness which turned out to be good for us ,but sleeping duck offer other firmness fillings if it is not right for you a fantastic idea so you should be able to change it to get it right. My wife says she sleeps much better,we both would recommend this product ,one thing give it a little time it takes a while to know if it is right for you.

I did a lot of research about beds from a box. I was a little worried that I’d be too warm but the Sleeping Duck has been great. I like a firm bed and this is definitely the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. My girlfriend prefers something a little softer so we got the half and half setting which was super easy to do and we’re both delighted with the results. The team at sleeping duck were super helpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they arranged collection and a replacement, really simple.

I have been very happy with this mattress, I decided to go with sleeping duck as they had a firm option. Before buying this mattress I had been unimpressed with memory foam as I have found them too warm and soft but didn't want the hassle/ cost of a normal spring mattress. I didn't have any of these problems with the sleeping duck and the firmness is just right. The service is excellent you are informed of all the stages of the process from order to trial.

Great customer service! We ordered our mattress at the end of the Christmas break and were informed there would be a short delay to replenish stock, but delivery in fact came much sooner than expected. As it happens, the mattress didn't suit us. It was very well made but just wasn't quite what we were looking for. I have to say it is a very big and heavy piece of kit so bear that in mind when ordering or comparing it with other options (the king size one we ordered weights 48kg). However, the company were completely true to their no-questions asked 100 day trial policy. When we first contacted them to arrange a return we were given some additional tips to try out and an extra couple of weeks over the 100 days to make absolutely sure we wanted to return the mattress. When, despite these tips we decided we were still going to return the mattress, the returns process was quick and hassle free. The collection company sent a text advising roughly when they would collect and arrived on time. We then received an email the next morning letting us know that the purchase had been refunded in full. While we ended up returning the mattress, that was just one of those things, and the whole point of having a 100 day trial period. It is no reflection on the quality of the product or the company, which I would not hesitate to recommend.

The mattress is very comfortable. Started with a medium and switched to firm after 3 weeks and all is well. VERY easy process for ordering. Delivery quick, customer service is first class. Would definitely recommend.

I had been looking at various mattresses that could be ordered online, read all the reviews and couldn’t make my mind up. Then I found this one, and it was the first one that seemed a little different to all the others (if you have been looking you’ll have come across the mass cloned Eve, Lisa, Casper’s, etc... yawn!). What attracted me was the fact I could choose medium or firm (whoo-hoo I’m allowed to choose rather than have to like the same as everyone else). I have had issues with my back for a couple of years so I went for the firm option. And it didn’t matter if it was too firm, the second thing I liked was I could change firmness if it wasn’t to my taste. 2-0 to Sleeping Duck. As It turned out it’s perfect, I am not only sleeping 100% better It is working wonders on my back and I’d thoroughly recommend for anyone needing a lot of support. Next was the look of the mattress, it’s quite sexy as matresses go; and it has handles on the sides! Everyone buying the other doppelgänger mattresses must never need to move them. 3-0 to the snoozing quackers! I had a few questions and turned out their customer support is pretty cool too, responsive and friendly throughout the buying process and I had some great help after buying when I needed it. It was a breeze to unpack and set-up too. I did not need to swap the firmness and will be keeping this great mattress for many years to come. Love it, it’s changed sleep for me in such a good way and worth every penny. So when other matresses suck, buy a Sleeping Duck! You won’t believe your luck, and when your money is spent you won’t give a f£&@... I’ll end my review there as a very happy customer.

Have to say we had been very impressed with our sper king size mattress. Love the depth of it and the support. However, 14 months on and both sides have developed a permanent indentation where we sleep despite turning the mattress as they advise. Knowing they have a long warranty I went to look on their website and hidden deep in their terms it says that indentations of less than 3 cm are not covered by the warranty. Firstly, who would see this in advance of purchasing, who would buy one knowing they have this get out clause and who would be happy spending so much on a mattress when it could develop this permanent dip on both sides which you can feel when you try to get comfortable. Feel a bit conned by their advertising and what seemed like a reassuring warranty.

Or old mattress was lumpy, uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. So acre some research we settled on the sleeping duck. It was delivered in no time and we got it upstairs (eventually - it is a super king size and it weighs a ton!) Once we got to sleep on it it very quickly became apparent just how comfortable it is. We got the medium firmness, but it's very firm (which is what I actually wanted - other reviews said the medium was pretty firm). My back back has gone and I'm sleeping much better. There's no movement on my side when the wife moves around during the night. The only downsides are that a) I feel like I get hot during the night. Much hotter than the previous mattress. Not a probelm this time of year (winter / early spring) but it will be interesting to see how hot it is in summer and b) it's a deep mattress so it's quite hard to find fitted sheets that are deep enough so your choice might be limited!

I purchased the medium but found it a bit hard Sleeping duck sent me a softer one very quickly and now everything is zzzzzzzzzz

Though we had some problems with delivery (mattress left outside in the rain), Sleeping Duck were very apologetic, said they would take this up with the delivery company and gave us a £20 refund. The mattress itself was very heavy and it took two of us to drag it upstairs with a lot of effort. It looked well made and we were looking forward to trying it out. We were not disappointed - even on the first night it was a lot comfier than our old mattress, and it got even better over the next few days. I find it a lot harder to get up in the mornings these days as the mattress is so comfortable! It is very thick, so can be quite hard to get a fitted sheet to fit - I will probably buy flat sheets in future. The only slight drawback is that I feel very warm on the mattress, so I am hoping that this does not make summer nights uncomfortable - I'll just have to wait and see.
