This mattress has been amazing, it is very supportive. You feel like you’re floating on top of the medium firm sprung base. The foam top layers providing support that breathes, leaving you feeling comfortable even if you need to move around. Equally, the mattress is responsive, the memory foam layer changes quickly when you move. Most importantly we don’t get any motion transfer, the mattress doesn’t make us fall into the same dip, even if we are fairly close.

We needed a new mattress, but didn't realise how bad the old one was until we got the new one. We spent ages looking at online reviews and options of what to get. Settling on the Sleeping Duck as it seemed a good combination and we liked the option of the firmer top layer. Ordered, arrived a couple days later, set up in 20 minutes easily. Been perfect from that first night. Great support when sleeping. Love it! I'm struggling to think of an online purchase that has been better on any product!

After reviewing several other versions from similar companies i decided to go with Sleeping Duck, what a great product perfect nights sleep comfortable and great support.

Absolutely love the mattress. Used to only sleep on my side but now also comfortable sleeping on my back. Also used to overheat regularly on the old mattress, somehow Sleeping Duck seems to really help in not overheating. As a company Slerping Duck were great to deal with. Answered questions before we bought, delivered EARLY and followed up regularly with after-sales care. Best money we've spent in a long time.

Oh boy do wish we had bought a sleeping duck mattress earlier. Hugely sceptical that a mattress that comes through the post rolled up can in anyway be a quality item. How wrong we were. We now sleep so much better and wake up pain free.

I ordered the medium king size mattress, and once I had managed to lug its high weight upstairs, I was amazed how it unfurled and how deep it was. You do need a bed that can take a deep mattress (divan or one with high end), else it might look funny. The mattress topper is soft and forgiving, but the underneath provides good firm support, even to the edges. Movement isn’t as noticeable from a previous mattress where my partner would move and I would move too - less of that here. Only downside is we have had to downsize the duvet tog rating as we found we were overheating, presumably this is down to the foam topper.

I just jumped into my bed tonight with the snow falling outside and still after almost a year of having this mattress I'm still taken back by how great it is compared to any mattress I've owned before. Its huge and comfy. My painful back spasms went after a week of getting this mattress and haven't returned since. Crying newborn baby... No problem, sleeping straight through ready for work in the morning. The only problem I have is my wife stealing the bed covers, some habits die hard.

We had had our previous mattress for 10 years and it was the best mattress ever until we started to ‘roll together’ and wake up with aches and pains. They no longer do the mattress we had so we had to find another one. There are lots of the new brands out there all claiming to be the best and all offering 100 night free trial. Sleeping Duck took our eye due to price and reviews. WE WERE NOT WRONG! This mattress is worth it’s weight in gold. We originally ordered the firm but found after a couple of weeks that we were aching. We contacted Sleeping Duck and they sent a medium straight away. We didn’t even have to return the firm. We haven’t looked back! You will NOT be disappointed with this mattress. Don’t spend more on the other brands. Thank you Sleeping Duck!! Oh by the way, some people talk about the smell of the mattress. It does have a distinct smell at the start but it’s not bad enough to affect your sleep. For first week or so I used to just pull quilt and sheet off to release the smell quicker when we got up - no grief and not worth worrying about, truly :o)))

Excellent! My back pain has improved and I am sleeping well again. The ability to switch firmness is brilliant!

2 month Update - after changing the insert a couple of times to change the firmness which was no problem at all. We won’t be returning our mattress through the 100 days guarantee. We have falling in love with it and look forward to going to bed, both myself and my Husband sleep better and very rarely do we get up during the night. Only downfall sometimes we don’t want to get up😂 anytime we hear of anyone looking for a new mattress we certainly won’t hesitate to recommend Sleeping Duck. WOW, customer service is just amazing, Nicole has helped us every step of the way. This is our 3rd trial mattress and can not fault Sleeping Duck at all. Staff really go out their way to help. The handles on the side of the mattress really helps manoeuvring it. If your looking for a mattress please don’t hesitate to try Sleeping Duck amazing all round, mattress is the best quality and with the firmness swap option you can’t go wrong. The bed itself is luxurious and very deep (31cm) we ordered the firm but I would say it’s more a extra firm or even a 10 on the firm scale. Great thing is if you need to change the firmness you can and the process is so easy and it’s never a bother for the staff Customer service is amazing especially Nicole answered all my initial questions and is very helpful and friendly. I got sent notifications of order and an emails re delivery with a video shown how to set up the mattress up. When the mattress arrived it was very heavy and you certainly need help. The mattress grew very quick and within a couple of hours was near enough full size. Our 1st quick lie down on it we thought it was quite comfy but it obviously takes a few days to adjust. Was kept well informed of delivery every step of the way which was very quick from ordering. The staff at the delivery company was really helpful as well. My wife and I spent a lot of money on a mattress about 3 years ago and within 2 years it began to lose its shape and started dipping, which left a dent where we both slept. It only got worse from there, i used to wake up in the morning feeling like id been hit by a bus!! (sore back, shoulders, hips etc..) So, after reading the reviews for Sleeping duck decided to give it a go and we are both so glad we did. What a difference this mattress makes, we both feel great in the morning now when we wake up. I bought Sleeping Duck mattress after trying a memory foam one. That was not supporting enough for me, as a suffer from back pain. Sleeping Duck is a very firm mattress, very supportive. Even my partner, who is a side sleeper, is very happy with the mattress. The great feature of the mattress is that you can have half side firm and the other half side less firm, i have not seen that in other mattress. HOwever, we order the whole firm and we are very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended!

I have been experiencing poor sleep patterns most of my adulthood coupled with chronic neck problems due to hunching over my laptop at work for prolonged periods. So when we moved last October I researched the internet extensively over a period of at least a month reading every single review, doing comparisons on ratings and visiting every website to check out the validity of the companies that were mentioned on every review website. I had never previously bought a mattress without visiting a showroom before so my family were very perplexed to find out I had ordered a mattress online from a company unheard of in the local market. We had a few hiccups with the delivery dates for my matress which initially made me really cross as the family were quick to point out the foibles of virtual shopping!! Sleeping Duck were quick to respond and offeeed to cancel my order. Aprrox 4 weeks after the expected delivery date and of roughing it out on a bed base for nearly 2 months with just a duvet my matress finally arrived. I was experiencing some neck problem at the time so initially found the matress too firm to my taste. I got used to this in a couple of weeks - and well now my bed is my haven!! When family visit they get a trial of my matress - and my partner is really impressed with the quality- he adores it and says that he often feels very spoilt - like we are sleeping in a posh hotel!! I have noticed my neck/shoulder pains have reduced in intensity and frequency too. Very pleasantly surprised and glad I did not cancel my order after all!!

The firm mattress is brilliant for sleeping on stomach, less so for side sleeping. I rang to try the medium and customer service excellent - new insert arrived very quickly. Medium is great for side sleeping less so for front sleeping. My issue, not the mattress. Customer care has been superb throughout. I am sleeping much better in this mattress than before.

We had a bit of confusion when we first ordered our mattress (re delivery) but once that was sorted our experience was good. Really enjoying the mattress too. We still can’t believe it fit into a box that was so small.

The mattress arrived very swiftly and i love the way you follow up to check everything is fine and not just take the money and stuff it under your mattress like High Street bed stores do (see what i did there!). After unpacking and letting the mattress expand the first thing i noticed was that there is no horrible chemical smell like we had with the previous memory foam mattress we had so i didn't have to air the bedroom to get rid of the smell. The mattress itself is very deep so we had to get new fitted sheets but its been a small price to pay because for the 1st time in at least 20 years i can sleep from 10 pm right through to 5.30 am and wake without feeling like i'd been 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.. Sleeping Duck... I applaud you..!
