The service from Smart Energy was excellent. Darren carried out the installation of boiler and controls quickly and efficiently and explained the operation instructions in a clear and helpful manner. I recommend Smart Energy as a first class Company.

Excellent boiler installation, House and tech surveys' performed quickly and teams were very professional. Installation took approx 6 hours and was executed well. Smart and tidy teams, knew what they were doing. I was very impressed. New boiler working well. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Smart Energy West Mids Ltd.

Smart Energy made the installation of my new boiler and water tank a very straight forward process. The team were very helpful and informative all the way from start to finish, there was minimal disruption and we were back to normal with a brand new system within the same day. all visits to my property were very professional, i would highly recommend them they have a great team.

Could not carry out installation of new boiler due to engineer illness but quickly rearranged for same week Engineer, polite and knowledgeable, made sure areas were covered and there was no mess during installation, old boiler taken away and all areas clean and tidy. Also a good price.

From the first phone call I made to the final survey to sign off the work we've had first class service from Smart Energy. All staff were polite, the service was efficient and well organised. I highly recommend this company.

A very good company all the staff Tom Dave Lee Steve Liam and especially Mark where excellent in all the jobs they did in my central heating installation new exactly what they were doing respectful of the property and courteous to me and my family at all times will always recommend this company to anyone who asks .

Through a comparison website, came across Smart Energy. No person wants to part with money to a company they know little of!! Brian had called me on the day of the quote and, spent an hour and a half talking to a complete novice in the boiler industry, going through my expectations, explaining what are the most efficient boilers, explained in detail how warranty works and even went above and beyond and broke down the costs to the penny to warrant the cost (no other company would be as transparent as Brian Had!) This gave me confidence I am dealing with an organisation that have 100%confidence in themselves, which gave me faith I will have a good job done getting a new boiler. Had a veissman boiler fitted in on 16/11/2021, Mark arrived early, 6 hours later he was completed, gave me a full walkthrough of the boiler and although I had a million questions being a new boiler, Mark took extra time to explain everything in detail, which left me more at ease. Brian had also sent me a courtesy message and gave me a call after the boiler was fitted to see how I'm getting on with new appliance and arranged a handover appointment (23/11/2021) to check over boiler. Aftercare is amazing, they keep in regular contact, have been signposted to contact them should anything go wrong and will receive a call each year as a reminder to service boiler. Thank you all.

I had the most honest person, Chris, offer the service I needed at the property. He went above and beyond just giving me a quote for a new boiler but offered a genuine advice on my old boiler which in the end was very useful. I would definitely recommend Smart energy.

From initial enquiry to installation everyone involved has provided excellent service. I was extremely impressed by the engineer who carried out the main installation, nothing was too much trouble and the standard of work was neat and tidy, The new boiler was fitted in a new location replacing the water storage tanks. The new system works wonderfully.

New Viessmann combi-boiler for my ageing Mum who was worried hers might not get through winter. They had it surveyed, options, prices and booked in before the 'big boys' even got near visiting. Tom Wood was top class on survey, quotes and options. Once booked in, Louise was good humoured (but pleasantly merciless) in taking the deposit and later (on budget day of all days) the balance. Topping it all though, was Mia who re-arranged the workload after the intended engineer caught covid. She managed to get the job done just one day after the original date. Which big company would have bothered?? Done in one day, cleared up and cleaned, old boiler taken away. Mum thought she must have dreamt it. Thanks to all of you

Despite a couple of blips (a change of installation date due to sickness and a fitting issue) I found this company a good one and was very happy with the work and result. The manager phoned me about the second issue and fully explained, going the extra mile to ensure my installation suited my needs. I can't speak highly enough of the installer, Mark. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful and a perfectionist in his work. He arrived promptly at 8am and actually worked steadily throughout for the 11 hours it took , not stopping for lunch and without tea breaks, taking a drink whilst continuing, and clearing up efficiently and thoroughly. I can't recommend Mark enough, and if he is an example of their installers, Smart Energy is certainly the one to go with; he is a credit to the company. I am assured I will receive reminders when a service is imminent, and can either go with my regular engineer or with Smart Energy, unlike some companies.

I have just had central heating fitted and over the moon with the service,cannot fault anything from start to finish. Would love to say a big thankyou to Dave who fitted all my heating no matter our many questions I asked him he gave me peace of mind. Thankyou again all the team who's emailed me kept me up dated. It started great. Due to the hours I work, they arranged a video call to give me a quote and then when I decided to proceed; they sent out their Heating Manager to double-check everything was correct. The installer on the day, Dave, was great too, arrived when he said he would and left no mess when he had finished the job. However, that is where the good points end. Due to the location of my flue, I was told that scaffolding was required for the new one to be fitted. I was okay with this and happy to pay the extra £360 to ensure the job could be completed. However, when installation day came, the company Smart Energy used for scaffolding just went on the roof with a ladder. They were at the property for no more than 10 minutes. I thought, "Great, no need for the scaffolding. That will save me some money!" I was wrong. I was still charged the complete £360. When I enquired as to whether they could discount this due to the fact no scaffolding was put up I was told that they are charged the same rate for any job, no matter whether they actually put the scaffolding up or not. Obviously being the scaffolding contractor for Smart Energy is a very lucrative deal! A few weeks later, they gave me a call to arrange for their Heating Manager to come and sign off the installation. This was arranged for a time that fit in with my working hours. I rushed home on the day to ensure I was there for the agreed time, however, the Heating Manager never showed, and no one from the company contacted me to tell me that it would not be going ahead. In my opinion, they are great in the run-up and on the day of installation, but as soon as you've paid your invoice (of over £2k) their aftersales is poor. I would not recommend this company and will not use them in the future for my boiler servicing.
