Good price and delivered on time

Terrible service. Made an order and agreed a delivery date five days on from the call. This apparently the earliest slot they had. Called the next day to cancel and reschedule four days later. Called to complain told drivers are off sick. Not sure how they knew Tues a driver would be off sick Fri. Terrible service and totally unreliable.

Really good service went above and beyond to help us out of a muddle will continue to use from

ordered through boiler juice. They delivered to neighbors tank instead. Just like talking to robots. Not interested at all. Just said a case had been opened. Modern society what a waste of space. Driver should be sacked.

Received an offer for heating oil.... From your office.. Which was to high priced.. After 7 year of my custom I had quotes from other companies. Your the most expensive.. Finally had a local quote which was 50 pounds cheaper...

lost my order,waited over 2 weeks with oil getting low so contacted them to ask where my delivery was?they said account was in credit but order not put through for some reason,good job i called to query my order!they put my order on express delivery then and was delivered 3 days later.
