Great driver, great service.

Broadland Fuels have provide me with heating oil and diesel for 3 years now. I can honestly say one of the best companies I have dealt with. Delivery’s every Wednesday without fail, turnt up for an emergency fill up when I made a mistake and very helpful staff on the phone whenever you need them. Always polite, know their stuff and everything simple even payment is easy. I wish they would sell LPG as they would do very well with it, Calor, FLow and Avantigas should learn from this group. Definitely a good company to use and I look forward to using them again for years to come. Andy

Can't speak highly enough of Broadland Fuels. I used to waste my time calling around trying to find the best price but have come to realise that not only do they invariably come up with the best price but BF have THE best customer service around. Jo is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to help. The drivers are always courteous and respectful of property. Don't bother looking anywhere else, these guys are number 1

Excellent customer service from all levels-the office to the delivery drivers. I always use Broadlands for the ease of ordering and when I have run out before they have given me a reasonable turn around time for the oil delivery. Can’t fault them. Jo is super friendly and swift with any queries I have. Keep up the fab work!!

Delivery driver could only deliver half the order as he found a crack in the tank which I hadn’t noticed. Spoke with Katie at Broadland fuels about a refund and this was promptly dealt with…was also given the name of a specialist who could sort out a replacement tank. Well done Katie. Thank you.

Staff in the office go above and beyond to help you even when I’ve rang with short notice for a delivery , and the delivery drivers are always friendly and respectful to my property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
