Ordered some T-Shirts which never arrived and been advised by Saint Luke customers services that as they are a small company I should purchase them again. Absolute shocking service and I’ll be sure to leave this same review on other pages as well. I won’t let this go out of principle as I’ve paid over £100 for items I have not received and will pursue my money via the courts.

Never received items. Sent an email and message on social media but no reply. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Having bought a male and female tracksuit to wear it once and wash it once for it to come out with bobbles of flues all over it I wouldn’t say I’m highly impressed considering the price

I ordered and paid for shoes in November 2019. Never received shoes and have made countless attempts at communication with absolutely ZERO REPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!!!

All the bad reviews of this website are false, they are about another website called ‘the saint luxe’ selling trainers! Saint luxe doesn’t sell trainers!

It is a complete disgusting company a scam and karma will get them for sure. Instagram is responsible aswell for letting them advertise on IG so let’s all report instagram as a collateral responsibility!!! My bank already gave me money back so you all claim at your banks and lets take our money out of the stupid saint lux

Placed an order over two weeks ago got an email saying your order has been received tracking will be provided. No tracking provided and have contacted by email multiple times for no response and even went through the website to contact someone and haven’t heard back. Am going to pass this transaction onto my bank as I think this may be Fraud! Disgusting

I ordered the off the shoulder black tracksuit on Saturday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning !!!! :) Great quality and the perfect fit , basically it’s exactly what I’d hoped it would be ! Will definitely be ordering again xxxx

What a shambles this company is. I recieved my order to find there white stains all over swimsuit vaginal area where a previous customer had tried on and there was no protective seal and the tracksuit had stains all over it. I recieved a response after my compaint to say how sorry they was and would make sure I would be sent another tracksuit and also a credit note for the difference in price. I recived the tracksuit after a few washes it became all bobbly as the material is of poor quality. After sending numerous emails i have had no reponse and no credit note. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Update: Received my order- three weeks late. No apology or communication from Saint Luxe, after I complained it just mysteriously arrived. When I received it the hoody was Forest Green, not khaki, the colour I ordered. The bra and leggings set is poor quality, despite the fact it is apparently handmade. The material is awful, like something you would see on a market stall. The hoody is even worse, like a PE jumper that's been left in the lost property box at school. Again, sent lengthy email to Saint Luxe to complain- still no response. Their returns policy is a credit note so I can't even get my money back. I will never shop there again.
