Always quick delivery, nutritious and tasty. The cooked chicken breasts are a staple in this house and the katsu curry is amazing 😋

Love these wraps and meals and so doesn't my boyfriend. There very convienient for on the go with good amount of protein. The pots are quite filling too. Definitely recommend.

The food is good and nutritionally balanced for athletes however I have some pretty big concerns The meals seemed very inconsistent. For example, the rice and curry dishes had varying amounts of rice and my chicken korma dish was mainly sauce which became very watery once it was microwaved. Because of the inconsistency of ingredients it makes me question the nutritional value. Usually this isn’t a problem but given that these meals are low in calroeis to begin with, it makes it hard to believe that the calorie information is always accurate. Ultimately these are frozen meals, and I would say they are quite expensive for what they are. It’s clear that all of the pots of gold with chicken tend to be either uniform diced chicken or panko chicken with rice and a curry variation. It does get quite monotnous after a while and the flavour with many of the dishes are bland because of the frozen element. The benfit is that, unlike fresh meals, you can keep these in your freezer longer. But they seem more like a ‘lazy meal’ and less of an actual diet plan to follow. The pizzas are not really pizzas. They’re a flatbread at most and they cook terribly. I have never had pizza in which the toppings have melted but the base sauce and the base are uncooked. I ate my frist slice of margherita and it was cold, but the crust on the edge was near burnt. I had to microwave the pizza after and even then the crust still wasn’t cooked. To call it a pizza is a stretch and it really is a case of ‘if it’s too good to be true, it probably is’. I do wish the recipe was changed with maybe slightly less protein and a much more bread-like base because it’s sloppy, wet and not appetizing. The wraps are ok but once again, there are inconsistencies. Some wraps come with a paper layer that prevents them from sticking, others do not. They’re not incredibly filling either. On the whole I am glad that I was able to try out GSNs food but I won’t be in a rush to make it my source for regular food. I suppose it would be a good shout if I was, say, moving house and needed to just have ready meals with no extra ingredients lying around. Except salt. On the positive, the portion sizes are actually good - much better than prepped pots and more appropriate for athletes. I think it's a great option to have for food but it won't be something that I can rely on for food.

Fantastic experience from my first order. 10/10 for deliciousness. Pot O Gold meals and the chicken bites.. Only disappointment is I forgot to order the wraps. Great experience so far and good delivery (even though DPD never find my address)

Love the wide choice of meals especially as I have to avoid lactose. Had 10 taster pack. Lovely food and handy to pack in freezer. Will order again. Ps. Suggestion: use parcel tape on outer box not sellotape. Not strong enough as it was coming undone when delivered. Ok.

I had a bad experience not with GSN but with DPD not delivering as agreed, John from Customer services at GSN dealt with the problem effectively and ensured customer satisfaction was reached. I will not hesitate to continue using GSN not just for their amazing products but for how the deal with complaints effectively.

Been using for about 10 years as my local gym stocked (they still do) never feels like I’m eating healthy or on any calorie restriction! Portions great and well priced. Company is always trying to evolve and bring new products to market too! Taste is great and I’ll continue to use, cheers.

Food came the day I selected and it is delicious! Honestly cannot believe the efficiency and quality of their pots! I feel sorry for the people who missed out on the festive wraps they were a delight. I've stocked my freezer full!

Tasty, easy to make, easy to take to the gym before work so I'm not worrying too much about spoiled food in the hot weather. Helping me pack on muscle while reducing unnecessary calories. The quality of the chicken breast is excellent. Love it!

Really tasty pots that make it very easy to meet my fitness goals. They're all on my fitness pal which makes it easy to track. I love the wraps too! Very easy and makes sticking to a low calorie, high protein diet enjoyable. The only thing I haven't liked are the overnight oats.
