Great choice of meals plenty of variety easy to prep for me is a must as work 12 hr shifts amd even though I like to prepare my meals these are a great back up and are surprisingly filling , keep up the good work more variety os always welcome

Always delivered quickly and perfectly frozen

Ordered the two week wrap bundle twice now. Each flavour stands out on its own and the wraps have become an easy, filling and tasty lunch in my busy daily routine! Would recommend the chicken tikka and all day breakfast! I would also highlight the fantastic customer service; my order was lost through no fault of GSN, the agent on the phone was very quick to sort a replacement without issue and with a very friendly demeanor! Will definitely continue to order from here!

It was great, but disappointed to pay delivery costs twice, I ordered pots of gold one day and when the bags of chicken came back in stock, I ordered them. Two orders but one delivery, ended up paying £12

I was quite excited about this after reading the reviews and looking at the flavours available but I can’t say I was blown away or that impressed once the delivery arrived. Taste is pretty average/bland with almost all flavour wraps and not super filling either. Not sure I’ll be repeating that order.

I’ve been ordering these meals on and off for about 3 years. The meals are amazing, filling and full of flavour whilst controlling what you’re eating. I would say the variety and taste is better than ever and would highly recommend. The price is good and is always delivered on time.

Pot o gold are great for meals whilst at work and for a good price, at the same time as watching your calorie intake. When taken in a food flask it makes it convenient. Convenient meals that are tasty, helps you stick with eating right.

Ordered the pot of gold bundle and some wraps after a colleague had these meals and they smelt so good! They are an absolute dream. I’m not currently training at the moment but I still have to eat high protein. I’ve also been insanely busy and so I’d been falling into the ‘pop to the shop daily’ convenience pitfall. Costly and it’s never great food. These pots are easy to grab for work, microwave quickly and taste amazing. I can grab from the freezer in the morning and microwave at lunch. And I’m so full I’m not snacking on rubbish. I’ll probably take them in my flask hiking as well when I’m back out there. I’ve recommended them to so many people: I’ve tried quite a few of them and now have my faves but hopefully more varieties are on their way! Only one word of warning: buffalo chicken is a spicy one! Thankfully I played swapsies with my colleague as he loves that one! Wraps were lovely too! 100% worth it and they have saved me time, money, and calories on the rubbish I was eating.

It's ok,some of the pots are too spicy for me, Satay chicken pot and pasta pot are my favourites. I've tried wraps as well, not bad but not great, turkey wrap is very nice, I belive that wraps would be better if chicken would not be breaded just plain. Chicken bites ok, I had bbq bag, bit too smoky but ok to eat. It is worth the price and I'll more likely order more in future.

I have been ordering GSN meals on and off for a few years now. They are great for busy days with little time to prepare and help you stay on plan🙏 My fav flavour is chicken curry Delicious

Every wrap has been second to none. The breakfast ones my favorite. All cook so easily. Oats and tasty (I add some choc chips) and is a great filling breakfast with enough protein to keep up with my macros. Excited to try their other products now…

Good convenient meals, always delived on time, frozen and well packed

Recived my second lot of meals. Changed afew of the once ı had from first bundle and they are a game changer while ı feel like am having a take away every night without the guilt. Very tastey indeed some a bit on the spicy side for me but if you like that kind of food right up your street. Getting ready to order next bundle and again will try something new as ı no ı wont be disapointed.

I made my first order of a bundle of 14 meals recently. Working long shifts (days/nights/weekends) I usually have to make 2 meals for work which I find time consuming, dull, and I lack in inspiration. I have been pleasantly surprised by these meals. They are of a perfect size, excellent quality and really tasty. I find it so much easier taking one to work and have loads more time in a morning. I am also pleased with the selection available to try! I'll definitely be purchasing again when my stocks are low!
