Bin begeistert!!! Nachdem ich vor mehr als 3 Jahren ein Waterrower V2 von Topium gekauft habe und es beinahe täglich nutze hat sich vor 4 Wochen die Bandkassette verabschiedet und das Band ist durchgerutscht. Über den Email Support mit Hilfe von Fotos, Video und Schriftverkehr mit Topium die Fehlerquelle eruiert und dann hat Topium auf Kulanz das neue Ersatzteil geschickt. Eingebaut und funktioniert wie neu!!! An dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank an Doris von Topium:-)) Unabhängig davon dass ich vom Topium Rudergeröt V2 begeistert bin, habe ich so einen tollen, kompetenten, und kundennahen Service schon lange nicht mehr erlebt - da können sich andere Unternehmen eine dicke Scheibe davon abschneiden!!

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Unternehmen wie ein klassischer China-Dropshipping-Service und nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend - viele (mutmaßlich) gefälschte Bewertungen sind da auch nicht unbedingt hilfreich. Dazu kommt gebrochenes Deutsch und dieses klassische "Wir sind die besten"-Feeling, dass man auch von Aliexpress und Co kennt. Aber! Nachdem ich nun seit einigen Monaten das Topiom "Jupiter" Rudergerät im Einsatz habe, muss ich sagen, dass dieser erste negative Eindruck trübt. Die Qualität des Rudergerätes ist hervorragend! Die Holzteile sind auch Echtholz (und zwar massiv!), perfekt geschnitten und die Aufbauanleitung hat alles, was man brauchte. Steht einem klassischen "Markenprodukt" aus Europa in nichts nach. Der Support funktioniert tadellos, die Antworten kommen meistens nach 24 Stunden und es klappt am besten, wenn man auf Englisch schreibt. (Macht dies am besten von Anfang an, dann gibt es keinerlei Missverständnisse) Alles in allem bin ich nicht nur überrascht, sondern hochzufrieden. Habe mir jetzt auch das Walking Pad bestellt und werde berichten, ob dies ebenfalls empfehlenswert ist.

The waking pad is great for indoor walks and especially when the weather paint great for outdoors. Seems to be sturdy, time will tell if it actually holds up.

Ich hatte mit denen nie was zu tun und würde auch nie mit denen was zu tun haben wollen. Trotzdem bekomme ich Spam von denen! Offenbar kaufen die Adressen und spammen dann die Leute zu, was illegal ist.

The machine itself is a beast – sturdy, well-built, and the design is just beautiful. It's like having a piece of a real river in my home gym. I'm seriously impressed and can't recommend the TOPIOM V2 enough.

Heute sind beide Pakete bei mir angekommen. Der Goldene Nussbaum ist kein Furnier, sieht jedoch sehr schön aus. Generell wirkt alles sehr hochwertig und entspricht dem Preis. Der Aufbau war auch ziemlich einfach. Der erste Eindruck ist wirklich großartig. Die Garantieregistrierung kann direkt über die Website erfolgen. Super Topiom.

Rower's base is cracking and in seeking a replacement I was told they no longer ship to the UK. When I explained that the footplate was coming loose as the screws no longer gripped I was advised to glue it down. Moreover, on revisiting their site I checked out their customer reviews for their latest rower and they appear to have been copied and pasted using about six templates, posted each day! Take a look!

This company isn't the best at all. I know from my experience that when ordering something, you should be sure of the customer in advance. And I really doubt the seriousness of this company.

I was so excited to order this rower after some reading and excellent reviews about the product. So I decided to order after Christmas. Placed an order and accidently chose the wrong delivery address (my mistake). I sent an email, 2 minutes after ordering to support as well as a chat message (just in case), asking to correct it. Heard nothing from the team, and when I heard back, the claim was, "it is too late". Whatever I tried to ask to change the address (and there are 2 packages), faced with nothing but, contact the delivery company. Obviously the delivery did not accept my request to change the address, only the seller can change that... Topiom T&Cs allow 24h to change your mind. If you, Topiom, cannot support during holidays, don't open sales until you have support... It wasn't my fault that I ordered between Christmas and New Year... What if I wanted to cancel the order during the first 24h? Not fulfilling your own T&Cs is not that great, but ignoring my messages / emails sent within the first 24hrs and completely disregarding further asks and begs to change the address so I can collect my rower, was a complete shambles... I really hope the product is as good as everyone is saying. My main hope is that I won't need to face Topiom's support based on this experience...

Habe das Topiom über Amazon Promotion gekauft. Sehr guter Preis und super schnelle Lieferung. Der Aufbau ging fix ohne Probleme. Eines gab es dann doch, es war der TM 2 installiert und nicht der TM 3. Kurze Mail an Topiom und eine Woche später war der TM 3 da. Generell hätte mir der TM 2 auch gereicht, da ich Kinomap verwende. Die Verbindung hat beim TM 2 auf Anhieb geklappt und somit kein Problem. Habe dennoch den TM 3 installiert, hat einige Vorteile, die für mich aber nicht von Relevanz sind…da Kinomap… Generell macht das Rudergert eine soliden Eindruck und der Service war wirklich fix. Das Rudern macht Spaß!

I wanted to order one of these, placed my order and paid...but unfortunately i received an e-mail (from a chinese guy) that due to "some matters over in their warehouse in Germany", they are not able to send the item and canceled the order #5850 immediately. Asking why, he answered that due to their "warehouse problem" they couldn't send to my address...whatever this means. So not really the best experience and i really doubt the seriousness of this company.

Lieferung hat gut funktioniert und war sehr schnell da (innerhalb 4 Tage über DPD), Gerät ist auch wie beschrieben angekommen und liess sich einfach aufbauen.

Beautiful solid product, and fantastic customer service. I had a couple of issues with the footrest and the seat, but the guys at Topiom have been super fast and super nice in solving them both. I have been using the rower for 9 months now, starting with 5 minutes three times a day, moving quickly to the 10-15 minutes and now I am using it for 30-45 minutes a time, four times a week. And I lost a stone (6Kg).

Created order 8/2 through Amazon. Rails arrived as promised via Amazon Prime option. This is the reason I chose this product. 3 Days later I had to contact seller to find out when the remaining packages would arrive, not wanting them to be stolen. It took a week for the seller to get tracking numbers for me. This seller knows the package comes in parts and should've been well prepared to ship them out in a timely manner. I'm expected to get all parts in 3 weeks. I requested to be compensated and the seller suggested they can speed up a package already shipped. Very insulting, considering it suggest they had the option to ship it faster or could contact the shippers and say "could you hurry it up" Going to update this if possible. Does not come with batteries and 2 different sets of rechargeable batteries do not fit. Battery cover will not fit back on computer. $500 + and can't include 4 AA batteries. The QR code goes to a non English website that appears to be out of order.

Excellent product and great service from Topiom all round. Very quick delivery after placing the order, all parts present and simple to construct. Machine works brilliantly and really makes exercising more fun than just running etc. Stores away securely when not being used. Looking forward to getting many years of enjoyment from it... Great product with great customer service. One of footplates was slipping and they sent me another part quickly to sort it. Highly recommend. Cheaper than buying health insurance (overall).

Wir haben eine Rudermaschine von Topiom im Haushalt und sind vollends damit zufrieden. Der Holzrahmen wirkt hochwertig und fügt sich damit in den Wohnraum ein, das Trainingsgerät lässt sich einfach senkrecht verstauen und funktioniert problemlos und leise, bei gehobener Zimmerlautstärke kann man mMn durchaus neben bei fernsehen oder Radio hören (mit so manchem Rollentrainer fürs Rad ist das z.B. nicht möglich). Ich nutze das Gerät ausschließlich manuell und ohne Computer, das Interface und die dazugehörige App sind leider recht altmodisch - es wäre auch nett, wenn ANT+ unterstützt würde, um etwa Fitnessuhren zu koppeln (obwohl beispielsweise der Bewegungssensor meiner Garmin fast auf die gleiche Schlagzahl kommt). Mir persönlich wird (trotz Sportkleidung) der Hocker/Sitz nach ca. 30 Minute etwas unbequem, aber das ist wohl eine individuelles Problem.
