Swiitch are managing the sale of a house to which I am an executor. The process has been nothing but miserable and painful. Dire communication and when there is any it's one line with no information and no questions answered. I have to keep reminding myself that they are representing us and we are paying for this service. Really disappointing after the estate agent recommended them but I guess there's a reason for that.

Holly Mongan and Ryan Blake helped my Mum & Dad to purchase their new home in Gillingham, Dorset. Mum & Dad are elderly and were assisted by their two daughters. I cannot praise Julianah Agemoh-Davies and Kelly Stubbs enough for their help throughout our recent topsy-turvy home sale. Julianah, Kelly, and other members of their team (Abby and Lydia come to mind) have been helpful and reassuring every step of the way. They clearly have a deep knowledge base and have a ton of experience with different scenarios, and they're very agile and responsive. Our buyer said they wanted to exchange at 10am, and by 2:25pm it was done - because this team were well-organised, very thorough, and simply unflappable. Julianah especially (who was in charge of our file) was patient with our many queries, was always calm and collected, and she was more than willing to go the extra mile, contacting our previous solicitors to get information for us. As a bonus: Swiitch utilise a portal for documents prep and upload, which was great especially in this day and age. It's not perfect, but you have a place where all your documents are stored - very handy.

Leanne Pearce did a great job for me during my house sale. She kept in touch regularly, moved things along quickly and I always felt confident that she had everything under control for me. As first time buyers, dealing with solicitors for me was my biggest fear as I really didn’t know much about the solicitors sides of things. Amy Cornforth and Kelly Brown, have been life saves. Not problem to big or small. Both always willing to help and answer any questions.
