We had a very long purchase process due to the fact that probate had to be granted first and that took the vendor over 20 weeks. Once Swiitch received the certified copy from the vendors solicitor they worked very quickly to ensure we were able to exchange and complete in a week. Our main point of contact was Lia Ingleby and she was always very helpful and responsive to our queries. We did at times receive correspondence through other staff members which was occasionally confusing. We understand that is because Swiitch are alway working to keep response times quick but it did sometimes mean we felt as though we were receiving the same copies of letters more than once. However, the general process was made very easy to manage despite us being in a different country for most of the time.

I have used Switch / Shoosmiths 3 times now for both purchasing and selling properties (and more with some that unfortunately fell through). I have been lucky enough to have Stuart Angus for all the transactions and have never had any issues. My most recent sale was assisted by Zara Sharples who was excellent. They have a 'can do' attitude and just get things done. This is a very efficient and easy service which takes out a great deal of stress with property transactions. Not to mention their risk sharing fee structure which is great. Highly recommend.
