Quick, Prompt and a really good service. The product was exactly done as I wanted.

good prompt service

We were over the moon the delivery of 10k lanyards arrived earlier than expected. But unfortunately the quality of the lanyards were extremely poor. The print was rough and looked like a paint print...not smooth and sharp like we've had from other suppliers. The lanyard itself felt cheap, like a cloth material, not as rigid as competitors. And finally even though we requested the artwork to have a safe area, the print came back with only 1mm before the edge. The sales team were very helpful setting up the order and answering our questions, but we wont be using Promo Parrot again, due to the quality issue.

Working with Promo Parrot was a pleasant experience. They had very competitive prices for quality products/service and everything was able to be managed through their website, which I found very helpful. I have just received the final bits and pieces from the order (everything arrived in a quick/timely fashion) and can now say that all of our items looked great.
