We ordered some mugs from PromoParrot 2 years ago and as over time a number have got broken or chipped, we needed to order some replacements. It took a couple of conversations to track down our original order and artwork, but not too much trouble and the new mugs arrived looking identical to the originals and on the date we expected them.

Good quality and really quick delivery

I have been looking for a decent bag that is robust enough for use with children after a negative experience with another company. PromoParrot have been great, talked over the phone to discuss options, got sent a sample and then a mock to see how my own branding would look. The price was very competitive and the delivery of my goods was as scheduled. The online features help you to track your orders and staff were ready on hand to answer my questions. The children love the new bags, they are bright and hold all the items they need. Will be coming back to get more branded items.

After a helpful, professional and useful advisory phone call with Charles we decided to go ahead and place an order. They helped up ensure that our print was going to turn out correctly and when the product arrived (faster than any other suppliers can offer) within 5 days we were delighted with the finished item. The quality was better than I expected and our design looks great on the bags. I would definitely use again.

We order customized pens with our company logo printed on the barrel. The pen itself seems to be of a very good quality and the printing quality is really good ! much better than we expected. We did struggle a little bit with sending our logo, it's not very straight forward for normal users. Charles was very helpful, however at the end we had to pay an extra £25+ vat for the design file to be sorted. Turnaround time was acceptable.
