So easy to order Delivery was on time and secure Parcel was well packed and damage free

Item ordered 25th December, email received 26th December "we have finished processing your order". Money taken from my account 27th December, item arrived 3rd January, over a week after the order was placed and "processsed". I had paid an extra £3.99 for " next day delivery". Whilst I wasn't expecting this to be precise, due to Christmas, I was hoping it would arrive before my drinks party to mask the smell of dead rodent behind my kitchen boiler.

Great price but took a long time to come did a £4 extra delivery charge I would have hoped. A few days but took over a week to come .

Parcel arrived days later than anticipated. Unfortunately it had been opened and only one of the two expected contents was there.

Ordered on 7 December 2023 but still no delivery or email explaining reason.

Ordered online OK Made typo with post code Tried to rectify with no success Emailed and phoned several times. No response. Received message item delivered within 3 days. Very good. Hope whoever has got it enjoys it.

The item was at a good price and was delivered when it was meant to be.

1 day delivery is one week delivery

Paid for next day delivery it didn't arrive until the day after, I sent several emails to get a explanation but not one response I hope they will learn by this review for other customers
