I’ve recently received my order. Items were great however one smashed. I’ve emailed a week ago to see how we can resolve this and I’m yet to hear anything back.

My 24 hour delivery still hasn't arrived after 3 days. No communication from them despite my email requesting a refund of the delivery fee!

Item did not arrive within 24hr despite paying for 24hr delivery. I phoned numerous times and left a voicemail and also sent a txt and emails and got NO response from any of my communications. Item eventually arrived by 48 hr royal mail, too late for what I needed it for!
