Don’t pay for the phone service. They just repeat what is in the online assessment, virtually word for word, and can’t answer any questions or provide advice.

I already knew what happened in our life that put us in debt. Taxes, medical expenses and we had already consolidation loan for our expenses. Even if we did everything you recommended it wouldn't put us in a better spot.

I found the process to be easy to follow. I did run across a communication glitch, that I wasn't even aware had happened. But once it was brought to my attention, Customer Service was terrific at helping me finalize the course.
