Whole process was very easy. Once I completed the online Q&A, I selected the email consulatation option (least expensive) and expected to be answering questions over a few days. All of my emails were immediately responded to and I replied back with answers accordingly. Whole email evaluation process took about 15 minutes.

The form pages were so easy to fill out. Then, I spoke to a representative who was informative, patient, and empathetic.
