I would rather have done a 15 minute conversation then to have to keep responding and looking for emails to complete the counseling.

The experience was easy to follow along too. I was able to save and come back to it when I wanted. I was able to review and made edits at the end if needed and select how I wanted the counselors to connect with me. Email conversation with the counselors was great! They asked questions and we gave our answers. They were quick and very thorough.

It was very helpful, it helped me understand how to handle my debts and expenses. Thank you for your help.
