I found the process very well thought out and effective. The steps were clearly laid out and easy to follow through. During the human interaction portion it was clear that the people I was dealing with were on target and ready to get the job done.

People are very helpful with guiding you threw everything if you need help they have no problem with answering your questions right away

Great experience

This service came at the recommendation of my bankruptcy attorney. I did check out other options, but eventually went with this one as they all seemed pretty much about the same.

The individual that assisted me was very very nice and compassionate to my plight. Filing for bankruptcy is not something to take lightly and I’m devastated that I have to do it. So to have an empathetic caring person help me through this difficult process was a 10 but five is the highest level and he deserves a raise! After talking with him I understand that this is put in Place to help us learn how to better manage our finances and how to not get into trouble again. 10 out of 10

I felt like I was stereotyped. Y'all gave advice according to people that has bad spending habits and don't know how to save money I felt like a high schooler taking this course.

This is an incredible free resource. I wish I had known about it before filing bankruptcy. If I had known about this a year ago I could have used the service to clearly and efficiently set up a budget and a realistic payoff plan. I recommend it very very highly! Easy to use, great support.

The course was good & informative. The financial counsler was friendly, nice & asked good questions. I was surprised that their was no option of our current economy (higher prices) as being a factor of people struggling with their finances
