The questions do not accurately reflect most people's expenses these days, so many expenses, like set-asides for home repairs, auto repairs, internet and streaming, garbage pickup and many other monthly expenses are not included, so they must be included under the topic "other" which the system interprets as unnecessary expenses. It tells you to cut down on expenses that you can't cut down on, like electric bills. It tells you to do the obvious, cut down on your expenses. Duh.
