it was easy to do everything online, even the part with the counselor. now i am waiting for my case # to finish the second part.

Easy to use seemed a little out-dated like it was recorded in 2008 or 2009. 2 typos one “car” instead of car and “you” instead of “your” but generally a good user experience and helpful information.
