I purchased Dunoon Mugs for a gift, knowing that although these are pricey they are good quality items - however as they were for a gift I wasn't clear whether I should buy boxes for them, or select the gift wrap option at the checkout. The phone was answered promptly when I called and the person who answered was very helpful in explaining the options, noting my details to ensure my items were boxed as requested. My sister was very happy with her gift.

I have bought Dunoon mugs from them before and was always impressed. On this occasion Temptation was let done by the courier company who though I paid for next day delivery, which the courier confirmed with me 3 times they failed to deliver, till the next day. The box despite Fragile labels and the mugs carefully packed was damaged and 2 mugs smashed. On contacting Temptation they immediately agreed to send replacements by 1st class post. They arrived. Great service and I will use again.

This is the perfect site for finding excellent quality gifts. They have a high standard of customer service. My husband made an order and then I made one a few hours later. When he checked his inbox he had been sent a 10% voucher code. I emailed to ask if they would use this against the second order we put in that day and they did. This was above and beyond and we will always now use this site when looking for gifts for family and friends. Items always come quickly and packed well. The discounts on offer are also very competitive compared to other sites - just wish postage wasn't so expensive but it is the same every where I suppose.

I purchased 6 Dunoon Mugs as I wanted more mugs that I would be happy to serve to friends. I actually needed to replace one we'd had for years and which unfortunately had eventually broken. Knowing that we liked these fine china mugs- especially for tea- I searched for an online retailer and found Temptation Gifts. The selection available was very wide and I was pleased with the cost.
