We have always got our birthday balloons from here and even in lockdown customer service was excellent. I just collected a pair of beautiful numbered balloons with matching rainbow strings. My son is very happy!

I was in a mega rush to get some balloons sorted on 05.04.21! Turned up to the shop at 10am for opening and didn’t realise it was click and collect only. I spoke to the guy working (I didn’t get his name) and he said that if I put the order through now, he would prioritise it and do it next. He got my balloon bouquet done so quickly (10-15 mins) and so beautifully and was extremely helpful! Thank you!

I ordered balloons online for my boyfriends 31st to collect from the store at a certain date/time. The order options online were really detailed and I had lots of choice on balloons/colour/ribbon etc. I did a contact free collection from Wimbledon which was really safe and easy too. The balloons looked great! I got two jumbo numbers and some additional regular balloons all pre-inflated with helium and they’ve stayed up for ages and made the birthday extra special :)

There was a queue when we went to pick up the balloons. Unfortunately when we reached the front of the queue the balloons were not ready. The balloons were made very quickly for us and the staff member was very polite.

My balloon deflated within a day. A balloon I had 5 weeks ago is still going Since placing this review Partica contacted me and bent over backwards. They offered to replace or refund the cost of the balloon. They explained it could have been a slow puncture or an accidental hit. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely be using them again.

Amazing experience as always from Partica, Bromley. I ordered an inflated ‘10’ balloon and two personalised star balloons and they were perfect! Friendly staff had the inflated balloons ready and waiting for me even before the time I had requested to pick them up. Very happy and will be back later this week to collect more balloons 🎈.

I came to pick up the order 10 minutes later and it was not ready yet, I waited another 10 minutes and found out that the store does not have all the things that I ordered a week earlier. I'm sure I won't be back there anymore !

Being in lockdown can be hard for a child celebrating their birthday. I ordered a balloon bouquet from Patrica and not only was it quickly delivered but gorgeous and great value for money too! They brightened up my daughter’s birthday! Thank you 😊
