I ordered balloons for a surprise birthday and asked the delivery to be done between a 2 hour window in the morning (selected the morning delivery option). I received a text saying that the delivery could not be made and would be done the following day. So had to scramble to get the balloons delivered for the surprise birthday (after many calls), only to find out that half of the balloons were not delivered at all.

Very pleased with the balloons. Even though it was the hottest August bank holiday on record, they still lasted really well. Delivery was great

Balloons were tangled on arrival and one was badly deflated. The following day when they were to be used at an event another had deflated so I had to cut and rearrange them all to look half decent

definitely I recomend this place. Is more cheaper than other shops. Even all the people I gave the balloons LOVE IT.

I ordered 12 star balloons and two giant letters several months in advance for my son’s christening on a Sunday, paying £12 for a Saturday delivery. I had absolutely no further correspondence from Partica. I rang on the Saturday afternoon very worried, to chase things. After an hour they called back to say ‘DPD had lost the parcel.’ And basically voided themselves of any further responsibility. I was very upset and disappointed. The sales team were not sympathetic and could not offer any solutions, despite advertising a 7 day delivery on the internet. Their reasoning being the ‘courier collects balloons for a weekend delivery on a Friday.’ One of the comments made including ‘what do you want us to do about it, we are based in Bromley.’ Personally I believe that this was a fault with Partica, as if the courier had ‘lost’ the parcel following a Friday pickup, I would have expected correspondence from Partica telling me the balloons had been despatched. I also find it very odd that a courier could ‘lose’ all of the balloons, as they clearly would have been packaged in several boxes. More to the point, the sales team did not seem to comprehend that a large order of balloons not turning up is actually a hugely significant thing, and quite frankly can totally ruin all the preparation and thought gone into organising an event. Personally I feel that for this type of product, where delivery date is hugely significant, it should be the companies responsibility in this circumstance to at least offer a solution. Especially when there was time to sort this out. I would never order from this company again.

The only party store I shop in. Always receive excellent customer service. The staff always are willing to help and give ideas. Planning a party can be a really stressful thing but it’s nice to know the staff are well trained and know exactly what they are doing! Fab as always

Ordered a ballon for my daughters birthday party online and was able to collect it in store the following day without any issues. The staff were friendly and they even gave my 7 year old daughter a free ballon.
