Germany | 26 November 2024I ordered several pairs of snowboard boots to try on and see which ones fit best - all boots were on stock when I ordered them - however I received an email saying 2 pairs had a delay of about 5 days - after 3 weeks 1 pair finally arrived - after trying them on they were too big - when I wanted to return them their web site said I was too late to return them - so I called them and was told I was it was too late to return them - it seems blue tomatoe think their return policy applies from the date of order not the date of delivery - and if they delay posting your in stock order you have no right to return them items - and will have to phone them and explain they didn’t post them till after there 21 day return policy before they will accept your return- POOR SERVICE - from the 7 pair I ordered only 3 arrived in a week - and 1 pair still hasn’t arrived 5 weeks later ( which I have now cancelled) . I won’t be a returning customer after their long delays on in stock items and ridiculous return policy

Austria | 21 November 2024Habe noch am Anfang des Monats 11.2024 durch online shop Einkauf gemacht danach habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Drei Wochen später immer noch kein Geld bekommen. Onlineshop is schwierig zu erreichen, Support ist einfach auf 0. Ganz unseriös und schlimmes Unternehmen! Einmal BlueTomato nie wieder BlueTomato.

Germany | 19 November 2024Bisher war ich immer ein Fan von Blue Tomato, doch jetzt bin ich wirklich enttäuscht. Ich habe etwas unterhalb des Mindestbestellwerts bestellt und musste den Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach Österreich zurückschicken, was mich über 10 € gekostet hat. Zusätzlich wurden mir noch Versandkosten in Höhe von 3,90 € in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage beim Kundenservice, ob das so korrekt ist, habe ich bislang keine Antwort erhalten. Im Vergleich zu anderen Online-Anbietern bietet Blue Tomato deutlich weniger Service.

Germany | 17 November 2024Ich war mit meinem Sohn dort. Haben eine passende Hose von Polar gefunden, jedoch ohne Preis- und Sicherheitsetikett. An der Kasse nachgefragt: 135€. Wollten sie zurück legen, fanden aber keinen einzigen Stapel wo sie hin gehören könnte. Zuhause nachgesehen, Polar wird dort laut Webseite gar nicht verkauft. Erklärung?

Germany | 17 November 2024Although I do not practice the snowboarding anymore do to time and money, I still like to buy accessories like ski socks or beanies or shirts. The styles are great and match my personality. The delivery is always fast. I live in Germany and because I'am very picky guy the most beautiful things are delivered from Austria or Italy. But that does not mean that I wait too long. Sometimes 2 days, sometimes 4 days. Are well packed, stylish and never had a problem with the delivery.
