Robin (East Kent area) dealt with some awkward tree stumps in our back garden at very short notice. We had gone through 6 different tree surgeons who either couldn't do it, or were quoting astronomical sums. Robin was straight-up, gave us a fair price, and got the rid of the tree stumps!! Can't thank you enough for stepping in at such short notice and doing a brilliant job!!

Sean came to provide a quote for removing the stump of a 50ft Deodar cedar (before it was felled). He was on time, quick to assess the job, and quoted a fair price there and then. I called Stumpbusters two weeks ago. Robin told me he was off on his holiday that evening, however arranged to do the work on 10th September. We agreed a price by sending a photo of the offending stump. I received a text the night before to confirm the appointment and was pleased that Robin arrived exactly on time. Robin is brilliant. Made short work of the stump and comes across as a genuinely nice bloke. My wife even said after he left that she thought I knew him because of how he spoke with me. I cannot recommend Robin highly enough.

Robin had phoned ahead saying could he arrive earlier than arranged! A great start. He was polite, professional, good-humoured and efficient. I needed someone who could do the job with limited access through the alleyway to the back of my Moms house, I called four different company's before being recommended to Richard at Stump Busters. they turned up on the day and time agreed, 4 tree stumps were removed within the hour, pathway cleaned before they left, great job, would recommend to anyone.

Never turned up after arranging a date and time. No communication, despite me emailing and texting him. Total waste of time. Save your money and use a decent tradesman.

We had a couple of weeks to wait but worth the wait it was! Very large tree stump removed, Robin was punctual, polite, cracked on with the job and tidied after himself. He had to remove our side gate to get his stump grinder in but expertly put it back. I would recommend Robins services 🙂

Gave me a price to remove two stumps, turned up after a lengthy wait, did one then asked for for lion share of the money promising to return in a fortnight, thought ok so I paid him . Never seen him since. That’s two or three months ago. Never again stump busters.
