The golf bag hood arrived in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with the delivery. Evolution only loses a couple of stars because the product wasn't great. I would have preferred a student hood. But the hood dose the job. I had a studded hood when I first bought my Masters SL650 bag. But sadly the cloth versions are very hard to come by. This is more of a mistake by Masters. It isn't Evolutions fault
