Ordering was easy and having the introductory discount saved me a few pounds which was a bonus. Delivery was really quick and communication on progress was great.

They sent the trolley and it was due to be delivered following day. I was out and DPD then sent it back to them (from Dundee!). They then resent it for a date I was around and it arrived that morning. Very helpful and good to deal with.

What a great company to deal with fast friendly and very competitive, what more could you ask for.

Good products at a fair price

Trolley delivered very quickly but unfortunately the bottom restraining bungee & hook were missing which means I haven't been able to use the trolley yet. When I spoke to Martin & he made sure the strap was sent out with the cover I ordered ( which wasn't sent with the trolley for some reason?) However the bottom restraining hook still hasn't been received hence the 3 star rating.

Excellent price and fast delivery on a new Powakaddy FX3 electric golf trolley. I registered the purchase with the manufacturer for warranty purposes and this suppliers details are preloaded on the Powakaddy website so they are clearly a genuine stockist of these products.

Delivery stayed 10 days, a month later received the club. Said they would send something to compensate late delivery but nothing received. Product was good when delivered.

Asked a question regarding what came with the trolley and got an answer. Much appreciated. Unfortunately the answer was wrong and i had to buy an item that was already provided with the trolley. Lesson learned being - Wait until the item arrives and don't bother asking....... UPDATE Got a reply to my review which was appreciated. Changed rating from 1 star to 5 stars as I had no issues with the purchasing & delivery of the trolley. Also, the price was excellent.
