We had a huge house move from Switzerland to London. Christos has been informing us about all procedures and administration we needed to do in order to receive all our furniture & appliances intact without any hidden custom costs. I am proud to say that there hasn't been a single glass or plate that was broken. The movers were extremely kind and helpful and definitely even if there was a very small delay in receiving our stuff, Christos and Alex made sure to keep us informed with thorough updates. I will definitely use Christos again if we move again and will definitely recommend them to our friends!

I was in a very difficult position. I had already booked another moving company that left me hanging last minute, 4 days before I move out of the UK. Very deflated I started looking into moving companies around 11 o clock at night. I found Christos (as he had good rating on trust pilot) and send him a message with little to no hope. In 10 minutes he responded. Send me details on how the process is and asked what is the load. He and his team guided me every step of the way and was always available on the phone whenever I called for any specification. We arranged to get my stuff after 2 days from the initial communication. The people that came in were impeccable. Amazing communication, very polite and very careful with our stuff. We had quite a lot of frigile stuff and we needed two trucks. From the moment they took our stuff till the moment they arrived (in a good condition) in Greece we were in constant communication, never once they missed any of my calls and for the paper work the paper work they were guiding me all the way. 5 stars as they are absolute professionals and also very polite people. I would trust them with any move

Christos is the BEST moving company I have ever interacted with. I was clueless of the whole process and Christos guided me over the phone and through messages for hours and hours during the move. If it wasn't for him, I would have many unpleasant surprises as it is indeed a difficult process (especially when you move from UK). Hello, we decided to move in Greece on yearly 2020 and we was living in the Uk that time, we are a family with 3 small kids. In May we found on internet this company my husband called them he was speaking in greek and They give us a price and the date when they will come to pick up the things (yearly of August). The time pass I was in Greece on 01/08 and our things supposed to arrive on 12/08, after they was to our home to pick up all our staffs next day “MR” call my husband to tell him that we have 8 pallets instead of 4 and the price of course was double that he was told us for beginning But the staff we told him that we had was the same 🤷‍♀️ and he said that if he don’t want he will drop off the staff back to our house in uk🤦🏻‍♀️. That was the first hit form them, the second the staff arrived end of August 2 weeks after the date they told us from beginning, third they told that all our staff they will drop off in the house not in front of the property on the drive way like they did (I was in shock with 3 kids waiting outside on street with the staff till someone for my family came and helped me) and the last and the Worst the guy who dropped off my staff from the port gives me a Statement and there was written that he took from sheep 5 Pallets instead of 8 that we paid to “MR” Christos! That was our journey with that company, we have all the messages all the statements that we paid him and he didn’t give us a recipe for all amount that he received from US, so you can make a conclusion about that company. Sorry for my English I tried my best. I hope that no one will have the same experience like we had.

Christometafores is the best moving company I have chosen so far. I needed a quick transfer from my belongings from Crete to France and I was surprised by the excellence, reliability and velocity of the process. I can recommend Christometafores to anybody who wants to move from Greece to France, vice-versa or abroad somewhere. There are only five stars for a rating, but I would give 10 stars if possible.

Relocation from England to Germany. Very good service and communication!!! Mr. Christos Vourloumis provided a professional service from the begin until the end. The great point that I would like to highlight is that they picked up all the household and delivered it to Germany exactly on the dates and time we agreed (that it was really important to us). To point out as well, that our relocation it took place during the covid-19/Brexit situation. Certainly, there is always room for further improvement, but the overall service was definitely great.

Excellent service and comminication by Christos and his colleagues. Christos arranged the removal of my household from greater London to Greece with me being in Greece. He took the responsibility without any help from me due to coronovirus and everything arrived in order. 3 items were damaged (the cushions of 2 vitra chairs and one floor lamp by Flos) and from the first moment he took the responsibility and as his insurance company did not refund me, he personally undertook the cost. He bought the same floor lamp and paid for the repair of the cushions. The total cost was roughly 500E. Amazing service, experience and humanity which is difficult to find these days as many people try to deflect responsibility. Totally recommended and if I need any similar service in the future I would certainly go back to Christos!

Excellent service. Smooth and easy process, communication was good, Christos was very attentive and helpful. All 41 items (including boxes, TV, paintings and mirror) were collected and delivered intact and as promised within a week. I highly recommend his services!

Πριν ένα μήνα με τη βοήθεια του Χρήστου μετακομίσαμε από Αγγλία Ολλανδία. Δεν είχαμε κανένα παράπονο από τη μεταφορά μιας και όλα έφτασαν ακέραια και όπως τα πακετάραμε. Τον ίδιο το Χρήστο δεν τον γνώρισα αυτοπροσώπως μιας και τη μεταφορά ανέλαβε ο συνεργάτης του, Άλεξ, ένας άνθρωπος λιγομίλητος αλλά αποτελεσματικός στη δουλειά του. Γενικά, θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσε να είχε γίνει μια πιο ξεκάθαρη συνεννόηση εξ΄αρχής όσον αφορά την τελική τιμή και το μέγιστο επιτρεπόμενο βάρος του φορτηγού. Η τελική βαθμολογία όμως που δίνω στον Χρήστο είναι συνισταμένη και του επαγγελματισμού αλλά και του γεγονότος ότι λειτούργησε σαν άνθρωπός με φιλότιμο, ώστε να ξεπεραστούν τυχόν παρεξηγήσεις. Σαν συμβουλή για τους μελλοντικούς πελάτες:ελέγξτε προσεκτικά τους όρους της συμφωνίας πριν υπογράψετε και ρωτήστε για το μέγιστο επιτρεπόμενο βάρος των πραγμάτων σας, ώστε να αποφύγετε τυχόν έξτρα χρεώσεις σε περίπτωση προστίμου. Όπως μου ανέφερε και ο Χρήστος κάθε χώρα έχει τους δικούς της κανόνες για τα υπέρβαρα και η τροχαία κόβει διαφορετικά πρόστιμα ανάλογα και με το άτομο που θα πέσεις. Να’σαι καλά Χρήστο κι ευχαριστούμε!

This transportation was a horrible experience. I can’t believe the horrible service I am receiving. I would never recommend anyone to use these services as they don’t care about your belongings and the amount of the money that you have to spend after they caused all the damages. After the business is done they are rude on the phone, they didn’t give an invoice, they ask me to prove my claims and to follow the legal route if I am so confident. They caused a serious damage and stolen some of my belongings. Don’t get distracted if they give a good price, they are totally dodgy. I payed 1.130 euros in advance, they are not professionals not respecting their customers.
