The mattress plumped really quickly. It is the perfect mix of soft and firm. The springs provide firmness while the memory foam layer takes the pain away from my hips and back. When it comes time to replace this mattress, I’ll definitely be getting this one again!

Great service

The topper came very quickly. It was easy to set up and had a slight lavender odor, not overpowering at all. I made the purchase for the benefit of my dogs, both older, but all 3 of us love it. Last night they tried going to bed at 5:30 pm! I have a nice, fairly new mattress, but wish I had purchased this sooner- it's the icing.

So, you know I am not a bot nor am I paid by or endorsed by any company my name is Jerry Lucas I am a registered nurse a disabled American veteran, and a 9/11 first responder. Some people would be worried about that information, but I am not. So, I purchased the mattress from the company's website because I could not get one from Amazon. I purchased the mattress on February the 6th and it was delivered to our front door on February the 9th. So, shipping and fulfillment of the ordered item they get 5 stars. Unboxing the item after it was delivered was straightforward. Open the box, put the mattress on the bed, cut away the plastic lining and allow the bed to expand. My wife and I were replacing the bed that we had purchased seven years ago so it was time to complete that. Now I'd like to say that this bed was just as soft as ours but that would be a lie because we had slept on that bed for many years. As far as the comfort of this mattress I would have to say it is outstanding. My first night’s sleep after 12 hours on my feet in the emergency department was glorious. Thus far the materials that make up the bed seem to be sturdy, and I have no complaints but yet I have not had a lot of time to evaluate that. The mattress's outer covering seems to be very sturdy and well made so again time will tell. I would like to say that I have read all the reviews, and I have seen both negative and positive. I did not want to invest the money in a Tempurpedic mattress because I felt $4000 or to have to finance a bed to sleep on is ridiculous. So, with this mattress you have fast delivery, a good price point for a good quality bed, and me knowing that it is made in America and made in the great state of South Carolina which we like to vacation in was a very good selling point for us. I will try to make a YouTube video to put on my YouTube page so that you can see the bed and its construction but know this if you're looking for a recommendation on a good bed at a great price point, I would say you should give this company a look. Do your homework, know what it is you want and make sure you buy something that has reviews not written by bots or paid actors but real people. Thus far five stars.

I’m not happy with this mattress. Unfortunately the bed is too soft.

I spent what would probably be considered too much time looking for a very specific mattress to replace the one we had. Our old one was an all memory foam firm iComfort that we used well beyond its life cycle. We wanted something REALLY firm and all foam again. No hybrids or coil springs. We went shopping and the"firm" mattresses just weren't except for the all foam iComfort again and the price of it has become ridiculous. I saw the 14 inch was rated was the firmest EGO had and the price was right so I decided to go it a shot and was so very glad I have. It is perfect for less than half the cost. Very supportive all the way to the edge and exactly the firmness we were wanting. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how fast it was delivered. I recommend this mattress for anyone looking to not sink into a mattress or pay way too much.

I’m absolutely in love with my new mattress the black 14” hybrid . It is everything it promised. The website was easy to use, the delivery updates accurate and timely arrival. It was relatively easy to set up, except the weight, but that is to be expected, had absolutely none of the noxious smells, and reached its full size in under 24 hrs. The mattress is a medium, I would say on the firmer side, which I’m extremely happy with, as I am a side sleeper, but dislike sinking feeling. Highly recommend, this price point.

This is an update. So my original order (EGO7759) was placed almost 2 months ago. I never received the bed frame, just the bed in the box. I’ve been going back and forth via email about this. I decided to buy a frame from Havertys and I requested a refund from Egohome. My request for my refund was ignored and a replacement was supposedly shipped. After my first 2 reviews, someone finally recalled the replacement, and told me when the received on their end, I’d receive my refund. Today is January 18th, 2025 1313 EST. Below I’ve pasted my email to Egohome Support abt my refund: Both packages were delivered last week. 283871426019 signed for by WWDDING and Was delivered on Monday, the 13th. 283871425148 signed for by NNINI and Was delivered on Wednesday the 15th. Both names sound made up. This is shameful. I’m still waiting for my refund. This is ridiculous. I will be leaving another review on TrustPilot, since that is the only way that I get a positive response. Again, I have not received my refund. It would be greatly appreciated if someone would respond and process my refund, so I can be done with this company once and for all. I’ve never been so annoyed and disgusted with a company’s disregard for a customer. NEVER AGAIN

After reading reviews of all mattresses and many others. I decided to try this brand as it offered quality at a low price. I like a plush but not too soft and they always make me too hot. Comfortable, no aches or pains in the morning and cool during the night. Ordered one evening, arrived in 24 hours. Great service. Would definitely order again.

The 14" king size mattress we bought is fantastic. Super comfortable and well packaged. It arrived within a week of my order! We love it!

Terrible experience with the company. They say they have a 30 day return policy but it’s not for comfort. The mattress sucked. It was hard and it had an indentation after 3 weeks, and I’m less than 200 pounds. I requested a refund and they said they don’t have a comfort guarantee. How does an online mattress company not have a comfort warranty? I want to make sure everyone reads the fine print (I couldn’t find any that said no comfort guarantee) and avoid this business.
