I usually buy local, but the ABUS Ivera 7210 was not available in Winnipeg. Nomad Frontiers, you have a fair price for it, and I really like what I read about your store (and your city... note to self: visit Guelph some day). All bike locks should come with 3 keys, so I tried to buy extras from ABUS' horrible website. The $13 cost became $20 when "Canada" was chosen, which became $29 when I got charged in USD, and the website takes your money before verifying the purchase, so I had to contact them to cancel it. BTW: $58 for 2 keys ... What about economies of scale? If I lose 1 key, I then can't take a chance using the lock without having a spare key. Never again ABUS.

My ABUS Ivera Chain 7210 Lock arrived very quickly and works great.

I used Apple Pay to make my first purchase with Nomad and was unable to apply my 10% discount code. When I reached out to customer service about it, they got back to me instantly and issued the appropriate refund. I had to reach out a second time because I had noticed Apple Pay didn’t update my shipping address to my new residence. Unfortunately I cought my mistake after the order had already shipped. Nomad Frontiers went as far as to go retrieve the order from the drop location the package was at, and reship it. They even included a hand written thank you note with my pedals. A really nice touch. Thank you for going above and beyond. I will be back and I’ll make sure my address is correct before hitting the order button this time.

Prompt delivery and good price with a nice appreciative note. a piece of the tool box got chipped off inside because the tools were left loose inside i think. would have been better all around to put some newspapers or something to prevent tools moving around. it doesnt affect the tool box in anyway though so I will just keep it and would still order from again.
