How many online sellers make a hand written thank you note along with their wares? None that I know of except the Nomad team. It's trivial maybe but that to me is indicative of a business that is run by a caring people much like the mom and pop shops of yore. And, yes the product purchased was as described; arrived intact and on time which I was apprehensive to be otherwise given the negative reputation of the courier that handles shipment of Nomad merchandize. In all, I'm very happy with the service.
