Unlike so many others theses days printing the shipping label the day of the order, but then wait several days before actually dropping it at the courrier, Nomad Frontiers actually made the parcel leave the building the same day. One of the very few Canadian online shops that carry several Silca products.

This was my first time ordering from Nomad Frontiers and they provide amazing service! I ordered some lightweight tubes to fit on my new bike build, but had an air leakage issue with one of the tubes (not the fault of Nomad Frontiers, but a manufacturing problem), so I got in touch with Nomad Frontiers using their online chat function. Ashley was awesome in helping me resolve the issue and I was impressed by how professional the service was (even though I was a first time customer!). I will definitely be looking to buy from Nomad Frontiers again as they have shown excellent customer service and their shipping times are some of the fastest I've had. Highly recommended!
