My experience goes above and beyond ‘ordering product —-> getting it delivered promptly’ which is the gold standard for what you expect with E commerce. And to that end, the usual applies; perfectly packaged products shipped very quickly with shipping option of my choice. What justifies this review is the fact even though I paid for rush, purolator temporarily lost my package (one extra day, big deal) and before I could even really notice, their customer service contacted me and informed me of this. The confidence and peace of mind I felt knowing they were watching my tracking and cared as much as I did was great. Beyond that, I decided to exchange a product for something else, and just to avoid a potential issue again, because I lived close enough (but still an hour away) they personally drove over to do the exchange. Much faster and cheaper than shipping, and added a personal touch I couldn’t have imagined from any other site. I don’t expect that from anywhere else I order, nor is it necessarily a fair comparison. but I’ve done more business with other bicycle stores and haven’t felt this kind of warmth or personal touch, ever. It’s the little things. And if I can support a small business that exceeds my expectations by such a large margin — why would I shop elsewhere?
