United Kingdom | 24 November 2022I contacted this company to arrange a boiler service - they were recommended to me by ATAG. The lady who took the call (Tina) was so helpful: before booking an appointment, she made the effort to check with the engineers that they were familiar with my model of boiler (I didn’t have the model number so sent photos, which she showed to the engineers) & she called me back as promised (so many people say they will call back but don’t). The engineer who came out (Divyesh) was so lovely & thorough, & communicated everything very clearly. Some work needed to be done, which couldn’t be carried out at the time of the initial service, but Tina promptly arranged it for another day & it was carried out effectively by Divyesh. In the past, I used an independent contractor who was not familiar with my boiler & it was a disaster - they flooded my kitchen. It was a completely different experience with The DC Group - I felt confident in everything that they did & I have had such a positive experience from the first phone conversation to the completion of the work. I will definitely use this company again.

As usual Divyesh carried out the work with professionalism and kindness. After installing he carried out various safety checks on the oven and on the gas supply. Above and beyond he took the old cooker to the boundary of my property to be collected by the council.

He planned to return late afternoon, with required new part, to make the repair. Although delayed he returned after usual working hours, having checked this suited us, and completed the job. Professional, friendly and courteous - we shall certainly use his services in future.

DC Group came out quickly, they were so professional and cleaned all my stairs and landing. The carpet came up like new. I would recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

United Kingdom | 17 June 2022overall good, but when you miss DR's call there should be more time to call back as there is a delay in getting the voice message missed the call at 9:50 received a voice message at 10:15 was told to call back because it was more than 10 min. Though the message said there was a call on my land line but that didn't come through.
