An engineer from the DC Group came out to do our boiler service. He found a problem, showed us both the readings and the worn out gasket and was able to carry out a repair there and then so we could continue to use our heating. The engineer was keen to help and was very easy to deal with.

I found this company via British Gas/Local Heroes, and I have been very impressed. They offered a same-day fixed-price repair for a combi-boiler fault at my elderly father's house. It turned out to take a long time and two visits to address, but Divyesh of DC Group honoured the fixed price quote. He was also able to carry out an additional job for me, for which I was very grateful. The costs were very reasonable, and I will certainly call on DC group again for any boiler or heating problems.

Dee is superb. We had a blockage in our boiler and he came out in the evening and fixed it until we had hot water running throughout the house. He was here hours and no complaints. We initially found Dee when we first bought our house is 2018 and have used him ever since. I would highly recommend him for any job. He is very reasonably priced and is always informative.
