Having multiple rings made from different high quality metals that create a unique experience with each ring. - The execution is perfect. The rings look and feel exceptional. The design is simple and elegant, but eye catching, and it's plain fun to switch rings for different occasions or just because. - The company is committed to their customers and makes you want to come back for more. They are awesome. My brother and I each bought a full set of these rings along with the docks to hold them. They are boxed, numbered, and so interesting for their unique properties -- shiny, matte, light weight, heavy, single or multi-colored, Damascus layered, etc. Absolutely the highest quality rings the way they make and finish these. The company worked with us on every detail and ultimately delivered exactly what we hoped to get. This is quite the luxury product.

Super impressed with the sustainable packaging and attention to detail for my size 8 Copper ring, especially the added bonus - the hand signed welcome letter, polishing cloth, brochure and a sturdy little stainless steel money clip. The ring is super well protected in a cute little bag/box which means it's going to be in immaculate condition. It also comes with two little plastic cards with very useful information on the material you chose. The Copper ring looks exactly like how it's advertised and quite light which feels super comfortable. It's a very neat and minimalistic design overall. If it's your first time ordering a ring, I'd highly recommend you get their free ring sizer first to have an actual feel for the size before placing your order. It might make the whole process a touch lengthier but it's well worth it to help you pick the perfect size the first time itself. Giving 5 stars for customer service even though the original ring had an issue. We ordered a Black Zirconium ring and the black coating chipped in the first two days of wear. I contacted Squaremade and customer service was perfect. Even though the site stipulates that rings with coatings are exempt, Squaremade was very apologetic and offered to have a new ring in the mail within a day - also going back and forth with me as to what might be my second choice of metal to avoid any more scratches. Additionally, the rings are perfectly milled and stylish. Thank you Squaremade!

I originally ordered my ring during their Valentine’s Day promotion, where they offered a free limited-edition ring with any purchase. I expressed interest in ordering the second ring as a gift for someone whose size I didn’t know, and their absolutely exceptional customer service was happy to help me find a solution that worked. When I got my ring, I realized I ordered the wrong size, and the ever-helpful customer service was ready to walk me through the exchange process (which took a bit of a long time due to my package taking a while to reach them — once it did they exchanged it promptly), and they sent me the right size and it fit perfectly. I emailed customer service and they sent the correct size plus a free gift, and I didn't have to send the wrong size back to them. They were also extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

What can I say about Squaremade that any person who has dealt with them doesn't already know. Their rings are absolute perfection. The distinctiveness of each ring by material is flawless. I personally own a titanium and tungsten ring from them and I love the fact that they are identical in shape and size with only the material difference expressed by both the color and the weight. The titanium weighs almost nothing at 2.23 g, while the tungsten is quite a bit chunkier at over 7 g. In addition to that, their customer service is beyond reproach. There was a shipping problem with one of my orders which was not their fault, yet they shipped me a new ring overnight at no cost to myself and also allowed me to keep the one that showed up 3 weeks late after being lost by the USPS. I can't begin to express what a positive experience I've had with them and I would highly recommend anybody who's interested in a unique and stylish ring to shop here.

I ordered and promptly received a ring; unfortunately, my skin reacted with the metal. When Squaremade was made aware of this, they immediately offered a different metal as a replacement. Love the ring! I got the platinum one. I have large knuckles so when I measured for size, I made sure the ring would clear the knuckle - and it does. Never have to worry about it falling off.

Ordered the free ring sizer. Bought a ring based on the ring sizer reading. I obviously made a mistake using the sizer, as the ring I received was too snug. True to their word, the folks at Squaremade exchanged the ring for one that fits. Got the new ring, and quite pleased with it. In summary, OUTSTANDING customer service and great products.
