Was happy to buy from pipercross as have heard a lot of good things.. Part is just as they described apart from didn't have secondary air pump filter like said... Other than that extremely happy with the product. Will definatly be using in the future.

On their website it clearly says that if the item isnt in stock it will be sent whithin 5 days. My filter arrived after 1,5 month! And my e-mail with questions took them 3 weeks to respond to.

Arrived after about 5 working days, was fairly easy to fit for anyone mechanically minded. Seems to have improved the mpg I'm now getting, power less noticeable but still apparent

I ordered a filter that showed on the stock list of the site.The reviews on the site suggest that the filter should be deliver in no more than 5 days. The product didn't appear. I phoned in and asked for call backs to be updated and the calls never came. After nearly 4 weeks of waiting I phoned in again and was told it might come from the factory the following week. I cancelled my order and ordered it from ebay, cheaper, and with next day service.

I ordered a filter and have just ordered a cleaning kit. The need for the latter should be clearly indicated.
