Ordered a panel filter a week ago still not delivered. No email to say that has been dispatched. Still saying on site purchase order.

Received my product 9 days after ordering. Enquired why and they had stock issues which were not advertised on their website. Product itself is excellent. Car feels more urgent lower down the Rev range.

This was my first order with Pipercross and its been very disappointing. From the date of order and payment until the product arrived 11 days had elapsed. I'm not in impatient person but there was no updates or correspondence during this period apart from an email asking me to review the experience for a product I was yet to receive. This mail just served to remind me how long the wait had been which was irritating. It didn't end there as when the parcel arrived and I opened the plastic wallet I found box for the product crushed and folded and the filter it self was bent out of shape, I realise Pipercross aren't directly responsible for the delivery condition but they my want to look at using a different courier as DPD must stand for Damaged Parcel Delivery or possibly Definitely Parcel Destroyed as they don't care about the cargo they deliver (had issues with them before). I did manage to straighten the air filter and install it but who know what the long term effect will be.

every happy i made a custom intake for my 2015 merc a45 amg great service and the product is what i wanted. the intake i swapped from the standard 2 1/2 inch to 4inch
