Generally the help and support I receive is pretty good, however there is one representative in particular who is rude and not one bit understanding I will be sourcing a loan with another organisation to pay this loan out Also……been paying a 25k loan for just over a year, asked for a payout figure, 29k, absolute joke

Applied for a small loan for a vehicle very very slow not 48 hour approval weeks. Loan was approved repayment structure was chosen seller notified. Then all of a sudden loan declined off the table. As loan was approved I spent money registering insuring and so on. Now no contact no form of mediation so complaint lodged with AFCA.

Absolute shocking company to deal with had my vehicle loan fully approved jumped through all the hoops I had to. At the last minute they decide to make my loan declined I lost my Deposit cost me nearly 1K thanks Finance one you are champs. I will be putting a case to AFCA and bad reviews all round.
