I've been buying print for a long time and this was my first order through Brunel One. I am very pleased with the quality of note pads I have received. From my first phone call to request samples, the team have been very responsive and helpful. 2 boxes of my order went astray, which was down to Parcel Force but Owen at Brunel was quick to track them down and make sure they were delivered the next day. It's always refreshing to find a printer who offers good quality, at a great price, however it's customer service that's the deal breaker. I will be placing more orders with Brunel One in the future.

I printed an A1 poster, and the online process to submit it was neat, well-explained, and easy to follow. Delivery of the poster was quick, protected with a postal tube. Quality of the poster was excellent. I would definetely recommend this company to anyone that needs to print a poster.

Great product! Great customer service. They were able to help me get an A1 board printed the same day of order. Best price I could find! It was a shame that the second poster was not in the first print. I had to go back the next day. The were extremely profecinal and completed it before 1pm. I will be coming back dispite the time delay.
