I ordered a roller banner from BrunelOne and was very impressed with the whole purchasing process. I was unsure about the quality of the images I was using and called the office. They called me back after I had placed my order to say everything looked good on their end, which put my mind at ease. The banner arrived 3 working days after placing the order and I have to say I am very pleased with the result. The product is good quality and the print is perfect. I will definitely be returning for all my printing needs. Quick, effective and personable customer service - and cheaper than that "cheap" printing company that you see advertised on TV.

The customer service with this company is very personal and very good, my leaflets arrived realy quickly and I am very pleased with them. If you are thinking of finding a printers for your company then do not hesitate they are very good.

I received notepads of high standard and delivered within 3 days of ordering. Service and quality is really very good.

I had ordered my cards from a big provider, but they looked awful - nowhere near the quality we need for our company. BrunelOne's card came out high quality, the design tool is easy to use and they turn up on time. Postage is a little expensive, but I'll use them again, as I know they deliver.

I found it easy to use the website and fast. But the cutting of the business cards doesn't look very "clean", there are white marks on the sides of most cards. Also the picture looks very blurry. I'm not sure whether this is due to the quality of the image I sent though. It's supposed to have been a definition adequate for paper print but I'm not sure. Perhaps it would have been good to be able to check a proof print before printing out the whole lot, and/or, have someone check over the quality of the image, and tell me if the picture's definition isn't high enough. I understand it is the customer's responsibility to send a picture with an adequate definition, but taking the time to have that conversation would be helpful for those of us who aren't professional graphic designers!

I've used a lot of different printing companies worldwide over the years for various projects, and BrunelOne is by FAR above and beyond the best I've ever dealt with on all levels. Their incredible efficiency, constant and helpful communication, outstanding customer service, and above all extraordinary quality of work is what every company -no matter the industry- should strive to be like. I am aware this review may seem a bit "over the top," but trust that it is absolutely well earned! I will most definitely be using BrunelOne for any and all printing needs that I have in the future!
